Orianna Apartment Airport by Airstay

Pros: Excellent location and perfect for an overnight trip as it is located very close to the airport and we were leaving the next day.

Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and we had a few mosquitos in the room when we arrived.

Pros: Close to the airport and staff were so helpful allowing us to check in a few hours early so we could leave our bags and head into Athens city centre.

Pros: Beautiful space, compact but very comfortable. Good, basic kitchen sufficient for small meals, comfortable bed in a very stylish renovation.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient for the airport

Pros: This little apartment was one of the best equipped of our whole trip! We needed to be near the airport for our flight the next morning and book this not having any real expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent and the whole place was very clean. It was nicely decorated and we were glad of the coffee pods and the ability to cook ourselves some dinner as it was a Sunday and few shops were open. There was a little mini market open across the street where we could get some cold drinks and snacks. A few people have commented on the area being a bit sketchy on previous reviews but we really couldn't see anything wrong with it. It is not somewhere you would probably choose to go on holiday, but the area seems okay and it was very convenient for the airport. Granted we were traveling as a couple and arrived in daylight, which may have made the difference, but we did not feel unsafe in any way or concerned about parking the car.

Cons: There was some noise from dogs barking in the area, but that is Greece! Just bring some ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper. I am usually very fussy about noise and did not really have a problem. The bathroom is relatively small, but the whole place is very compact and designed for an overnight stay. Some reviews have said that the bathroom smelled musty but we did not experience this. It has perhaps bean a little mouldy, but this was clearly recently cleaned.

Perfect stayover near the airport

Pros: Everything was very efficient, including the shuttle service and self-check-in. The accommodation was very comfortable with good amenities. I would highly recommend.
