Just perfect, will keep this location in the books as long as our family doesn’t get bigger

Pros: The location was in the middle of everything for us! Close enough to local family, far away enough from normal tourists. But we could still drive to tourist spots & local shopping areas.

Appartement in guter Lage

Pros: Das Appartement liegt im 2. OG in einem schon etwas älterem Stadthaus mit guter Lage zum Strand. Dadurch sind auch Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Bushaltestellen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und vollständig ausgestattet, nur die Einbauschränke und Türen sind noch alt. Räumlich ist man besonders im Bad und der Dusche sehr beengt, die Türe zum Bad läßt sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Auch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn am Morgen beim Duschen und Laufen im Treppenhaus hört. In der Nacht war aber alles ruhig.

Cons: einiges benötigt ein bisschen mehr Pflege (Duschablauf, Klodeckel, Toilettenutensilien, Geschirr)
