Beautiful villa and amazing location

Pros: Villa Costa Luca exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. Everything you need; beaches, restaurants, groceries and shopping are all within a 20-30 minute walking distance. The view from the top balcony is beautiful, a short hike up the mountain behind the villa provides an exceptional view of Vouliagmeni and the coast. Located far enough outside Athens that it's not too busy, but close enough to make a day trip to many of the historic sites. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults for 8 nights.

Cons: We don't really have anything we didn't love about the villa. There are, however, a lot of stairs to access the villa from street level and a steep spiral staircase indoors to access all 3 floors that could limit access to anybody that has difficulty with stairs.

Pros: Вілла простора, багато балконів, все чисто та добре укомплектовано. Є все для чудового відпочинку.

Cons: Не вистачало зони барбекю. Одна кімната без шафи зовсім маленька.
