Excellent place to stay with a great host

Pros: The location of the property is close to shops, restaurants and markets. The host is very responsive to questions. He very kindly let us have a late checkout. We loved the pool

Cons: The lighting in one of the bedrooms was very dim

Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Loved its uniqueness of the pool underground. It was close to restaurants and convenience stores. The hop on hop of bus stop was a 5 minutes away It was so quiet once we closed the front door.

Cons: Needed bare essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, milk provided. The dryer kept stopping during a cycle. The floors weren’t cleaned properly.

A great place. Good value for money

Pros: Location was good. Plenty of cafes and small shops nearby. Villa was a good size with excellent living areas, two bathrooms, TVs in every area, and a small kitchen. Easy to access with keycode supplied. Properly was clean and tidy.

Cons: The stairs up to the mezzanine were very steep and had no handrail. We had to be extra careful when climbing up and coming down was a real challenge. Please fit a handrail before someone has an accident. There were no locks on either bathroom door.

Pros: Everything was great the highlight was the indoor pool

Location was great, close to metro and some restaurants - pool was the best thing. A 20ishand excellent value for money

Pros: The indoor pool was amazing - great for us to relax in after busy days. Loved the lighting and overall ambiance. Very roomy property with lots of space for our large family. Good size bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Amazing stay, warmly recommended for a weekend in Athens with the family

Pros: - The pool is amazing. We visited Athens in January, and a warm bath at the end of the day was priceless. The pool can be heated at desired temperature. - Two large bedrooms plus a third one at third floor. Bed were comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms with a shower each. Nice living room with sofas, TV’s and music speaker. Functional kitchen with the essentials and a large fridge. - Four A/C splits perfectly working. - Clean! - All the towels you may need. - Very convenient location, in front of the M2 subway, and close to several minimarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. - The host was incredibly kind, and allowed us a late checkout, which made a big difference for the quality of our last day in Athens. Thank you!

Pros: The accomodation was good and as described, very funky and different. The hot tub / pool was great and location was good with regards to accessibility to the metro. The host Petros was great, meeting us upon arrival, giving us tips throughout our stay.

Cons: The area is a little run down, but we were aware of this prior to booking. It was a little noisy and bright staying on the mezzanine floor. The accomodation is quite dark from a lighting perspective being mainly underground.

Pros: The pool is epic and the landlord is super friendly and helpful. We had 2 super nice nights here and we felt very welcome!

Pros: I would recommend this apartment to everyone: singles, couples, friends, married couples, and families with children. Literally everyone! Petros was an outstanding host and was there to help us with everything we needed. The pool is big enough for a whole family to relax, the amenities are as described, and the photos accurately reflect reality! Truly, a wonderful experience!
