Beautiful villa with a great view of the sea on the Athenian Riviera

Pros: Yiannis and Youla were excellent hosts - very responsive. The villa is absolutely beautiful - much better than other properties we researched on the Athenian Riviera, with an excellent location close to lovely Vouliagmeni. The best part, besides the gorgeous architecture, is the expansive view of the blue Aegean Sea from inside the home.

Cons: The only challenge with this property is that it's right on a major road, which can be very loud, with cars and especially motorcycles driving by. Fortunately, even though we are sensitive to noise, we were able to adjust to it. We slept downstairs on the single beds, rather than in the beautiful bedroom upstairs with its king-sized bed, because it was more quiet downstairs.

Mit Ohropax und Schwimmschuhen perfekt;)

Pros: Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit schönen Buchten in der Nähe. Je weiter südlich, umso schöner:)

Cons: Leider geht die Küstenstraße direkt hinter dem Haus vorbei und von daher ist die Lärmbelästigung doch recht hoch. Eine Schallschuztmauer wäre optimal. Der Zugang ins Meer ist nur für Leute mit gutem Gleichgewicht geeignet. Eine Stiege wäre cool:)
