Pros: A very comfortable flat with fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very big and the windows are huge. We liked the area very much, and we are so grateful to the owner who recommended us local farmers market to buy fresh Greek products and local authentical places to eat. The access to the apartment was easy despite our late arrival. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with parking our car, translating, etc. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place to stay and we fell in love with Athens ❤️

Pros: I very much recommend the place. One of the two bedrooms faces a quiet street, which is a large advantage in this city with heavy traffic. The apartment is new, and the host is very helpful and responsive.

Great apartment

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean! The location was great, the area offers a unique vibe which you either like or not (we loved it) and despite the rumours it feels safe. It is in walking distance (10 minutes) from two metro/train stations and 20-25 minutes from the main square (Syntagma).

Cons: It would be even better if the apartment had cleaning products to help in cleaning if the stay is longer than a weekend and the kitchen could benefit from a toaster and maybe a microwave.

Pros: So happy I bumped into this accomodation. When I'm in Athens again, I will most definitely try to book this apartment. I will also be recommending to others. It's a little walk away from the metro. Not a thing if you're fit and able. But of course a taxi is no issue. It's in what's seems a student area, so lots of nice bars and cafes approx 250m away. Right side of town to pick up the airport too. You'll want a bus or metro to get to the sights, but the slick oasis of an apartment you come back to is great. Oh, arrived to find croissants waiting for us ☺️

Cons: For us it was perfect. If you want a pristine, gentrified area, this might not work for you, but for us it felt like a very authentic and safe area.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Close to a lot of nice coffeehouses, bars and restaurants.

Pros: Very nice neat and clean place to stay. Also good apartment size. The roller shutters on the windows are also very good to isolate noise from the outside. Close to a nice park to have a walk.

Nice stay in Athens

Pros: The apartment was neat and fully equipped. We had a nice surprise: the hosts left some free snacks for us when we arrived. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the location is convenient, close to a lively bar/restaurant area. It is also close to public transportation, it takes approximately 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Cons: Location is good, but if you are used to downtown EU city standards, some areas may look a bit sketchy. However, we walked a lot around and did not experience any situation that made us feel unsafe.
