The Skyward Flats

Pros: I had a wonderful stay in this room! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super cozy, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros: Stayed here for four nights, the room was clean and comfortable, I liked the layout of the kitchen and the spacious living room. The location is very good, with easy access, whether it is the subway, light rail or bus. Surrounding restaurants, drugstores, and various businesses make everything convenient. During my two weeks in Athens, this B&B was the best.

Very, very happy!!

Pros: This place is perfect. The location is so close to everything and the room was spacious. Air conditioning was so nice and cold, we needed it in July! The host was so lovely and helpful for anything we needed. It’s a great area too. We were so happy with this place, will definitely stay next time we are in Athens.

Pros: The apartment is big - 2 bedrooms, big living room and cabinet. Everything you may need for cooking is there, dishwashing machine as well! No problems with hot water. The neighborhood is quiet, I read about loud music from a club, but to be honest, I’m not sure, that it’s true. I’ve heard just a tram in the morning. Excellent location - The tram 6 is next to the building, for the unknown reason it can’t be find on google maps, and it took me longer to get there. Maps.me is showing tram 6, better to check your roads there. This tram goes to Fix station, 10 mins from Acropolis and the other way is to the sea side. It was the best price when I when I booked it, so definitely value for money.

Cons: The cleanness in the bathrooms could be improved.

Pros: Spacious, fully equipped apartment with two bathrooms (including toilets). It has its own parking space in a garage, which made us feel very safe about leaving our car. We parked inside and used Uber to get around Athens. An Uber ride to the Acropolis costs around €10. There is also a cheaper option—the tram—which stops almost right in front of the apartment. However, we preferred comfort, so we always used Uber. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, so guests can cook their own meals. Since we preferred convenience, we used Wolt, and they delivered food right to our door on the 3rd floor. Highly recommended for travelers with a car, as you can park safely in a closed garage, but also great for other guests since it’s located between the seaside and the Acropolis—both easily reachable. Shops and restaurants are nearby as well, so everything you need is within easy reach.

Will definitely stay again

Pros: Large, flat with three big double beds and two bathrooms, big balcony perfect for breakfast. Fully equipped with all the kitchenware, clean towels, big tv with film, kids and sports channels. Location is so central and buzzing , tram is 2 mins walk. N.Smyrni square almost opposite , tons of restaurants, shops, cafes even open air cinemas.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment! And very hospitable owner. There is a parking place underground, we left our car there and used taxi.

Big flat full of useful amenities

Pros: - Lots of useful amenities - Owner very helpful and good at communicating with us during the stay - Big flat

Cons: - A lot of owner’s stuff in the cupboards - No microwave - The street can be loud at night but you can’t hear it inside of the flat with the windows closed

Pros: The apartment is extremely well located with the tram and lots of restaurants and shops around. The apartment is very large , well equipped and feel homely. Katerina was very nice and welcoming!
