Great Room, Perfect Location, Unforgettable Service

Pros: Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, and the location was perfect — right in the middle of everything. It was easy to get anywhere, taxis were always available, and most places were within walking distance. However, the highlight of our stay was the level of service from the staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and exceeded even the great room and fantastic location. They made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended.

Cons: the fact that we had to return back - wish we could stay more

A well-designed, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality

Pros: Very well designed and comfortable for guests. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and beer were provided. The staff were extremely accommodating—we arrived two hours before check-in and were allowed into our rooms early, and we were also granted a late checkout for one of the two rooms.

Cons: Minor issues to address include loose wires in the bathroom and near the entrance door, a missing bathroom lock, and a broken tissue paper holder.

Definitely coming back again

Pros: Very excited for my experience at Nur although I stayed only for one night. Definitely I will choose to stay again the next time I will visit Athens.

Pros: Brand new rooms, excellent bed and shower. Main attractions within walking distance. Main shopping street at your doorstep- literally. Would book again easily.

Good hotel

Pros: The location is perfect, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Definitely would go back.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small and could use hangers but other than that, it was perfect.

Best location and good staff!

Pros: The location is amazing! The staff was great and let us store ower bags after check out. They also gave good recomendations on resturants. The room feelt clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: We would recomend the hotell. However there are some smaller things that make it an 8 and not 10. The room feelt a little unfisnished. There where some taped cables in the bathroom. The drain in the shower did not drain well. The room was not so soundisolated which affected our sleep. However we are in the most central part of Athens so noices are to be expected. Be aware that the hotel is in a building with other business which also affected the noice. Overall we where happy with the room and would book again!

Super clean and efficient stay in the heart of Athens

Pros: The hotel was super well situated at the heart of Athens' hustle and bustle - walking distance from so many of the city's sites and some amazing shops and restaurants. The check-in process was easy and clear, and the room itself felt very new and comfortable.

Cons: The only two things (and these aren't to be taken as complaints because our stay was very pleasant and we would happily come and stay again) are that while the room felt really clean and pretty much brand new - there were a few unfinished loose ends like wires out of the wall or a lock without a handle on the bathroom door. These did not affect the quality of our stay though! The other thing to note is it's located on a busy street in the centre of the city so the road below could be a bit noisy. But again, these are minor pieces of feedback not complaints!

Excellent location, perfect overnight stay in Athens!

Pros: Excellent location, in the heart of Ermou St, added bonus that luggage can be kept after checkout, plus incredibly clean and well kept rooms, would highly recommend!

Pros: הטיסה שלנו בוטלה ברגע האחרון וישר הם הסכימו להעביר לנו תאריך למרות שהביטול חינם נגמר. כשהגענו החדר היה מושלם, נקי, ולמרות שזה לא מלון רגיל עזה בבניין דירות, כל שאלה או בקשה שהייתה תוך שנייה הם הגיעו לעזור. נתקענו שם בגלל המלחמה וגם בלי בעיה כל בוקר עדכנו שאנחנו נשארים. ממליצה ממש מהלב. מיקום הכי טוב שיש באתונה

Pros: Η σουίτα ήταν απίστευτη, όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα, το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό και οι παροχές του ήταν φανταστικές, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
