Everything we hoped for

Pros: Firstly, we really appreciated that the photographs and description of the property were accurate. The size of the apartment the attention to detail was exceptional. The highlight was of course the roof terrace with that beautiful view of the Acropolis. It did not disappoint during the day or at night. The location proved perfect for us even though we are in our 70s and 60s we easily walked around the neighbourhood and up to the Acropolis and other historical sites. Communication with the staff we cannot fault they were very thorough in their information and responses. Would we recommend this apartment to others? Yes absolutely.

Pros: The apartment is located in the city center and has a nice, large balcony.

Cons: The apartment constantly smells very bad. A smell that seems to be coming from the air conditioners!

Pros: Best location , right in the center . Clean , full equiped room, hot water 24/7 comfortable beds and good street noise cancellation

Cons: Wifi wasent stable for couple of times but quick recovery

on our second stay at Hestia apartments, we will return!

Pros: Location was very good, close to metro and sights. No major noise to contend with space had everything we needed. Bed very comfortable and additional blanket was a good addition.

Cons: We returned late on the first evening after being out with colleagues for dinner and the access code to the room did not work. After several attempts we had to ring the emergency phone to arrange a new access code. Although frustrating, the reply call was very fast and helpful.

Pros: Great location. Very secure. Concierge (Maria) very helpful and cleaning staff replaced towels often

Pros: No breakfast, location very good in central Athens.

Great place with some nuances

Pros: The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and cozy. Upstairs there’s a terrace with a magnificent view, perfect for spending the evening in peace and beauty. A bottle of water, tea/coffee, and toiletries were excellent. Some people might also be bothered by the street noise — it’s just part of the location, but it didn’t bother us. Location was nice for us either. One suggestion for improvement: installing a mosquito repellent in the socket would be great, as we slept with the windows open and mosquitoes almost ate me alive.

Cons: - Overall, it’s a really nice place except for one important issue: water leaked from the shower onto the floor, leaving a huge puddle. I had read about this problem in previous reviews, but the management replied that it had been fixed. Apparently, it hasn’t — this definitely needs to be repaired. - Small, thin towels. if the towels were bigger and fluffier, that would be perfect.

Pros: Well equipped apartments, concierge service - invisible, but always available.

Cons: Luggage storage would be nice, but seems to be smth special in Athens.

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment. Close to amenities and the famous sights of Athens.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a problem woth the AC which we didnt know about till night time which made a very uncomfortable night..Although it got sorted out the next day, no one on sight to call, so all communications were via email on Booking.com. No contact details were in the room or phone number.

Pros: The stay was excellent! The apartment is located in a beautiful and well-maintained building, and everything was exceptionally clean. The space felt comfortable, tidy, and very well cared for. A truly pleasant experience — highly recommended
