Pros: Great location and very good value for money. Convenient, comfortable, and worth the price. Also, the room was very clean. Great job to the housekeepers.

Cons: The only downside was the noise from cars and motorbikes on the street, which could be a bit disturbing at times. SoOther than that, everything was great, so I’m still giving it a 10.

Great location and modern room

Pros: Easy check-in, great location, clean and modern facilities.

Cons: There's a bit of noise at night as the apartment is literally near a big road. I am a light sleeper so always carry earplugs with me but if you aren't might be ok for you.

Pros: Had everything we needed, clean, no smells like previously mentioned in other reviews. Bed very comfortable.

Cons: Shower unfortunately floods the bathroom when in use

Stylish stay in the heart of Athens

Pros: I was completely satisfied with my stay at Presidential Suites, by Athens Stay. The location was excellent — very convenient for getting around — and the interior design was modern and tasteful, with great attention to detail. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. Great value for money. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Athens.

Cons: I didn’t like that the amenities were limited, and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi at all during my stay.

Pros: The bed was really nice and the room was a good size.

Cons: The bathroom has some drainage issues and the flusher on the toilet was had fell out, but it still worked fine

Pros: I cannot recommend this place enough! Nestled in a stunning neoclassical building right in the heart of Athens, this accommodation is a true diamond! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the National Garden and a mere 2-minute walk to the magnificent marble wonder that is the Kallimarmaro Stadium. The room itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and radiated a warm, welcoming energy. You feel at home the moment you step inside! It’s also just a 10-minute walk from Syntagma Square, making it the perfect base to explore all the city has to offer. If you’re looking for charm, convenience, and a touch of history, this is the place to stay. I would absolutely return without hesitation!

Cons: Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν είχε στο παράθυρο ρόλο συσκότισης και θεωρώ πως η τιμή θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο χαμηλη
