Perfect

Pros: We stayed here for the second time. We asked for the same room where we stayed before, but because it was our second visit, we got the top room as a gift. It was a very kind gesture from the owner. They were helpful in everything. We got recommendations for restaurants and bars, and they answered all our questions kindly. The room is very beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the bus and tram and also to the Acropolis, but it is still quiet. This trip was special because I asked my girlfriend to marry me here, so it will always be an unforgettable experience for us. Unfortunately, because of illness, we spent more time in the apartment than we planned, but this way we appreciated even more the cleanliness, comfort, and good heating. We love Athens, we will definitely come back, and we will surely stay here again.

Staying in the 12 Keys Apartment was an important element of our enjoyment while visiting Athens

Pros: I liked everything about the apartment- its size, all the amenities, how clean it was kept, all the terraces, how secure it felt. Most of all I liked our host Yannis, he’s the type of person you feel comfortable with from the moment you meet him. He was always there for our questions and needs. The other staff members were just as friendly and welcoming.

Cons: It takes a little time to explore and understand where you are in relation to the transportation and sights but once you get it you realise the apartment is in a great location

Pros: We really appreciate their support and service. My father left his wallet at the safe of the room but the hotel staff worked so hard and he finally received it in Japan. And they always gave us information about the restaurant,cafe and sightseeing spot. They are so kind and helpful . Thank you so much.

Very comfortable 3rd floor apartment.

Pros: Super comfortable apartment on the top floor. It was quiet, calm, warm in November and the staff is second to none. The apartment is very central. We have left our car at the recommended car park (20€ per 24h) and visited the city on foot. Would highly recommend it.

Pros: Very nice, valuable staff support for finding shops, facilities etc. Location is close to Akropolis Museum and Plaka district. The apartment was cute and very practically arranged.
