Lovely apartment

Pros: Very clean and cosy apartment, fresh towels and bottled water every day, great shower, very comfortable bed, Mardi was very attentive and made sure we had everything we need.

Cons: The apartment wasn't right in the centre of everything but still great location on a quiet street and walking distance to everything you want to visit.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Beautifully warm when carried & helpful staff on phone. Great to have the room refreshed every day & lovely clean towels.

Cons: There was a lack of cooking utensils deposited hob, microwave etc. there were plates & mugs & glasses, knives & forks but no spoons, no bread knife, no chopping board, no pans.

Fabulous stay

Pros: We stayed for three nights in a perfect room with a hot tub and couldn’t fault it. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in an ideal location. The bed was so comfortable and everything was impeccably clean throughout our stay. Mardi was incredibly welcoming and truly went out of her way to give us exceptional service – the thoughtful welcome gifts were a lovely touch. We also loved the dressing gowns and slippers, which made the stay feel extra special. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight – enjoying a coffee up there with such a beautiful view was just perfect. Overall, a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Exceptional

Pros: The apartment was very modern and easy to access. It was near all the attractions and breakfast cafes. The manager, Mardi, was very helpful and always available. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The apartment felt new and it made our trip even more special.

Pros: Great location to have a city tour, also nearby the meeting point if you do a day trip, clean house

Cons: No much day light especially the bedroom has no window because we stayed on ground floor

Pros: Great apartment within walking distance to all the main sights. Facilities of the apartment were new and done to a high standard. Excellent shower! Team were very helpful

Amazing

Pros: I loved the neatness of the flat, and the fact that the basic cooking utensils were already provided. Also the readiness and prompt response to deal with customer’s concerns.

Cons: Give extra time to your abroad clients who’s flight is scheduled for much later on the day of check out from the apartment . Check out was 11am, while my flight was 6pm. So I had to wait in the airport from 11:35 till my flight time
