Nicholas Point Apartments and Rooms

A very good place to stay in Athen. Highly recommended.

Pros: Good location, just 5 min walk to two nearby metro stations. Clean and calm, good kitchen and appliances. Kind and responsive staff.

Cons: Very small elevator.

Pros: Great location! Very clean, mini markets, bakeries, local taverns all around. Next time in Athens we will choose it again. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, well set up, located close to the green line.

Pros: The studio was very well set up with good quality things. This is the second time I book in Nicholas Point Appartment. The first time a one bed (with my husband)and this time a studio on my own. They are both very good places for short stays. Check in and out are straight forward. It is very well located, close to the green line that allows for excellent connections only a few stations away and allows you to get to Pireous Port easily. It is in a very local neighbourhood with supermarkets, coffee shops and other shops close to it. I was glad we found this place. In addition, it was easy for me to go to KTEL station when I got back on my own.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens.

Pros: Nicholas Point Apartments are located at walking distance from Aghios Eleftherios and Kato Patissia metro stations making it very convenient to explore Athens—especially iconic sites like the Acropolis. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay feel like home. We also appreciated the nearby supermarkets and local eateries, particularly Martini’s Kitchen Restaurant (Maptinhe), which was a great spot for very tasty authentic Greek food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to George here for treating us with lots of love and care and also guiding us for the down-town tour. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts, Nick and Betty. They were incredibly helpful—providing detailed guidance on local attractions, offering tips for getting around the city, and even helping us book a taxi to the airport. Their warm hospitality and personal attention made a big difference in our experience.

Home away from home

Pros: The apartment was a home away from home with everything you needed and plenty of shops nearby.

Cons: It’s not in the centre of the city but a bit of a walk to the metro and a comfortable 20 minutes metro ride to Syntagma, which we didn’t mind as we were on holiday.

Pros: Team exceptionally attentive and responsive, promptly addressing every request. Excellent customer service which ensured a smooth booking experience.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, location excellent for my workplace.

Cons: The wifi was sufficent but internet access was quite poor.

Simple and efficient

Pros: Everything was perfect. No food service but adequate facilities to cook and preserve food.

Cons: The stairs leading up to the upper floors are extremely dark with no lights. Ceiling is too low, I hit my head a couple times. Also elevator is too small and feels old.

Pros: That it was budget friendly and clean. We knew it was quite far from City center, so yes please bear in mind you need to ride a train to reach to the centre. Otherwise everything is what it was presented.
