Pros: Location and decor. Host very accommodating. Easy check in and departure.
Cons: Stairs were a bit tricky. Would not recommend for small kids or elderly people/ people with mobility challenges.

Pros: All the fantastic Balconies so nice to sit and chill in the evening on the one upstairs and breakfast on the one downstairs. Really felt like a luxury apartment then! Nice kitchen.
Cons: We were traveling by our older parents for parts of our trip.. and the stairs both to get to the apt and the toilet upstairs were really tough on them. So if you are not a fan of stairs it can be tough. It was not a problem for the rest of us. I also noticed that none of the apartments we have rented have bothered to put in a dishwasher and having lived with that for many many years.. it felt like a tiny step back to do dishes by hand again. So if you want to add another star going ffwd I would recommend to add that.

Exactly what we needed and more.
Pros: It is a lovely apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location, 20 minutes walk into the centre of Athens or 2 stops on the metro. We caught the train from another nearby station directly back to the airport, much cheaper than a taxi. Really can’t fault the apartment. Lovely place to stay in Athens

Pros: Ideal location in Athens. Friendly neighbourhood with access to supermarket, bakery and restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to metro. All available facilities in apartment. Spacious bed downstairs in living room, two large bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. Large kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and hob. Large balconies on both levels. Air conditioning in all rooms, with fans available as additional items. Very friendly and responsive host.
Cons: Apartment is located on third floor with no lift so difficult to access with suitcases or for small children or those with accessibility issues. Spiral staircase in apartment is also difficult to navigate. No dishwasher in kitchen and only one bathroom. Some local information on shops, transport etc would be useful upon arrival.

Pros: Clean, spacious, minimalistic, quiet, shops nearby, restaurants nearby, excellent air conditioning, large comfortable beds, 2 terraces, large comfy sofa, plenty of hot water, Netflixs, everything needed for a comfortable stay, and make your holiday stress free and more enjoyable. Walking distance from main attractions.
Cons: Everything was perfect for us, others may find the stairs challenging, getting up to the apartment and the spiral ones inside. The shower has can get very very hot, so children need supervision, the first few times in using it,

Modern appartment
Pros: We accidentally lost a towel and broke a plate, the owners were more concerned that we hadn't hurt ourselves and thanked us for taking good care of the appartment. I have to mention that this appartment is simply immaculate , modern and large with 2 large balconies. Recommend this place for sure.
Cons: Not a negative point,but three flights of stairs could be an issue for elderly , disabled or small children to climb.

Fantastic apartment in great location.
Pros: Very spacious apartment with beautiful decoration. The location is great, well connected but also quiet. Two great balconies and it was very nice to have coffee and condiments for cooking. We look forward to coming back.

Pros: Great and specoius apartment close to Athens city centre. On foot, you can reach the attractions in just 30 minutes , or if you do not like to walk, the metro is located only 300m away from the property. The apartment has two big bedrooms, a wonderful living room, and two spectacular outdoor terraces.
Cons: There is no dishwasher machine.
