Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very prompt in responding to our requests.

Cons: It would have been nice if tea and coffee had been provided. New pillows would also be nice. Otherwise no complaints

Pros: It was easy to find and get in, following the instructions. It was clean and comfortable, and it had air conditioning

Cons: The location is a rough part of town, not nice to walk around and absolutely not at night

Very nice for the price we pay

Pros: The location is very close to the center. 15 minutes to the supermarket and metro. Very convenient. Host is very nice and attentive to the needs of the guests. The room is spacious, clean and with all necessary facilities.

Cons: The location is convenient, however, it is located in a not-so-nice neighborhood in terms of the surroundings, ex. dirty streets, abandoned buildings (which is quite common in Athens). Inside of the building is a bit smelly, but it doesn't affect the comfort of the room. It is good to note that the room is chilly in winter because of the lack of central heating system.

Great apartment in a bad neighborhood

Pros: I had a good stay at this new apartment and I would definitely return. If you only need a nice & clean place to sleep, it can be a good choice. It has a good wifi connection that I could use for work. Omonia square is just a 5-minute walk. Key collection is from a lock box so you can check-in when you want.

Cons: The building itself and the neighborhood in particular is not a great place to be. Nevertheless, the apartment is brand new and well equipped with a safety door. I would not recommend the neighborhood for a solo female traveler late at night.

Pros: Good renovation, cozy, has smart tv although Netflix hasn’t been added in home plan so it was blocked.

Cons: Other than the 3 medium sized bugs I had to hunt after arriving,the fact that there is no angle in the floor inside the shower for the water to go to and no handles on the drawers in the kitchen. The place is really nice. Can’t say the same about the property
