Modern and Cozy Apartment in the centre of Athens

Pros: The Location of the Apartment is perfect, it's away just minutes from all what i need..The Apartment Clean is more than required. The owner is just amazing and ready always to help. I had a great time, i will definitely come back again.

Cons: I like everything.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very comfy bed. Had a washing machine and dryer that were free to use. And the owner was very nice and responded very quickly!

Cons: The location is quite central which is nice but it's in a very dodgy area, so if you are travelling alone as a woman or group of women, I would be careful.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as I did alot of sightseeing

Pros: The location is central and less than 5 minutes away from a excellent metro system and their ars plenty supermarkets and places to eat nearby A couple of issues regarding the kitchen there is no kettle though there is a coffee pod machine which I used to heat water for cups of tea but the water wasn't particularly hot also there is no plug points in the kitchen which I found a bit bizarre.The other issue if you are self catering even though there are two cooker rings there is only one pot which is the size of a soup pot!!

Cons: There is a bit of confusion on arrival in that the booking.com app takes you to number 37 whereas the correct number is 19-21 also though some instructions were sent prior to arrival by the owner regarding the access number for the locked box on the wall the fact is there are 7 boxes so had to try everyone and it happened to be the last one that was correct .As regards the location their is a issue unfortunately with drug abuse and homeless and beggars which is a bit alarming

Cozy stay in Athens

Pros: The property is well located, couple minutes away from the metro. The flat was clean and cozy

Great apartment

Pros: Great and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need, even more than you might expect. Having 2 air conditioners, in the bedroom and in the living room. There is a balcony with a really comfortable table and chairs. The house was really clean and equipped with cleaning products. The convenient location, very close to the metro station. On the ground floor of the building there is a Market open until late at night. The Host very helpful and kind, this apartment I highly recommend.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed, AC and TV in the bedroom and the living room. The check in and check out was very easy with a code and the communication was also very good.

Cons: The area is not the safest in Athens, so I would avoid walking there alone at night as a girl, but if you get out at the nearest Metro Station it is a really short walk to the apartment, so it's fine.

Pros: The flat is clean, comfortable, it has all the utilities, near metro stations. The host is great, available and willing to answer and help with anything needed.

Cons: The neighborhood is not clean, quite dangerous during the night.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: Owner was very helpful. Apartment was very comfortable: 2 big bedrooms, comfortable bathroom and kitchen.

Cons: A little far from city center, but a very modern and clean metro station was just 3 blocks away, and with the metro, which is inexpensive, you can reach anywhere in the city.

Pros: Have to start by saying that the host,Evagelia,was marvellous.Great communication, useful information and allowed us to enter early.The apartment is spacious,with a balcony and well equipped kitchen ( although a toaster and microwave would have been useful).

Cons: The building itself is very poorly maintained with strange odours. Needs a complete update, The lift is a bit scary as the internal doors didn't work. The area is a bit dubious too...with lots of homeless people about, although we had no dealings with them. BUT once in the apartment, all is fine.

Pros: Very nice apartment. It's in an old building, but renovated and clean. Also, the owner was very helpful.
