Fabulous location, great facilities, firm (!) mattress

Pros: Great location - farmers market on the next street every Friday is wonderful; easy access to city by bus or short walk to metro; plenty of food options nearby.

Cons: Mattress is uncomfortably firm and the bed is too low to store any luggage underneath.

Pros: Everything, from location to facilities was just perfect!. Flexible host, easy to communicate with. I would rate it 20 if I could.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our vacation. It is perfect for a family — we were two adults and two children aged 13 and 16 — and found it spacious, clean, and nicely maintained. The location is excellent, just 15–20 minutes from the Acropolis and Ermou Street for shopping. Our host was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: If someone says that something is not perfect, know that they are not telling the truth about both the host and the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, from toys for children to a washing machine. The host even left a bottle of wine and snacks. That has not happened to us so far. If we go to Athens again we will definitely come back here again. All recommendations!

Very nice apartment, good location

Pros: Great apartment. Fine size, excellent location, close to trolley bus, metro not far and most of the major sights within the walking distance. We had no problem with parking in the street. Great bakery right under the window, and grill couple of minutes away, recommended by George.

Cons: Bed was too soft for my aching back.

Fabulous accommodation in a great area

Pros: The host was extremely helpful and the accommodation was fabulous. The property was very comfortable and clean with every amenity you would need or want and the host provided some nice little extras such as bottled water, wine, juice, chocolate and biscuits as well as shampoo/soap/shower gel and body lotion. The location was excellent. It was in a quiet road but just a couple of minutes walk to excellent shops, restaurants and bars and trolley bus. The metro was a 10 minute walk and approximately 20 minutes away from the Acropolis area.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Very comfortable stay in good location.

Pros: Great location. We have stayed in Koukaki before so knew it was easy to get to the main sites and had lots of good places to eat nearby. Very well equipped and nice welcome touches. It was very quiet at night and the air con in lounge and bedroom were vital!

Cons: Nothing major but the fact the name on the apartment is different to the name we booked confused me. The owner responded very quickly when I double checked so all was fine.

Beautiful flat

Pros: Amazing, beautiful apartment. Very close to Acropolis and very nice restaurants around. Apartment inside very well cleaned and the host very flexible….. Even let me check in earlier and check out late. He left few drinks and sweets as complementary, it was really nice. Decorated perfectly. I would definitely come back.

Pros: Thanks a lot to George for such an exceptional apartment! Excellent location- a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum museum. Lots of places to eat a variety of food on the next street, grocery stores. The kitchen has everything that you need. Bottle of wine, gift, and some snacks. I definitely recommend staying here!
