Scent Of Freedom Apartment Renovated

Pros: Huge apartment. Everything was clean in the apartment. There was a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, electric stove, napkins, air conditioning in each room. Very interesting layout of the apartment. The area is quite quiet, there are no noisy establishments near the apartment. Good price.

Cons: There are many closed shops covered in graffiti around the property. Police patrol the streets in the evening. This may give you the feeling that the area is not safe.

Great location and well equipped- don't be put off my outside !

Pros: Very comfortable and equipped kitchen and location.

Pros: The apartment is spacious. The location is handy to the metro and we found a great restaurant nearby and a supermarket nearby also. Nearby is a 10 minute walk. Lovely helpful host. Aircon works well in all bedrooms. Athens can be hot.

Cons: There isn't an oven, only hotplates to cook, but we didn't need to cook so that was ok.

Pros: Comfortable layout of the apartment, spacious, great location. Good shower and bathroom overall. The A/C are really necessary and they work well (one in each room), but also the appartment is quite fresh. Good communication with the host.

Cons: Everything was good and I recommend this place a lot. As a suggestion, the terrace could really improve with a small textile roof to avoid the sun. The kitchen is equipped (toaster, microwave, etc.) but it could have some more cooking implements. Also, an extra pair of keys would be nice -being three in the appartment, it is not very convenient.

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, it wasn't noisy and has most things needed. It is not far from central Athens, the Omonia undeground is just 10 or 15 minutes away, and getting to the main tourist atttractions takes little time. The Archeological Museum is around 5 minutes walk. Mr Panagiotis, the gentleman administering the flat, was very friendly and supportive. He replied immediately my text messages and was always available to help, provide information on local supermarkets, shops, laundry, and anything I would need. Mr Panagiotis was vital for me to have a great time in Athens, as he would assist with information and getting things for the apartment if needed. I highly recommend this apartment. You won't find a better and more helpful apartment administrator as Mr Panagiotis. Highly recommended.

Cons: Walking from the apartment to the Omonia station at night you could find some weird people, like drug addicts (something very common nowdays in big towns), but none was aggressive with me. I did not find it unsafe. The appartment would benefit with a bigger table in the living room. A bigger table would be great if the apartment is booked by 2 or more people. Also an oven would be helpful for those willing to cook. However, I managed well with the microwave and 2 electric stoves.

Pros: Nice location in a student neighborhood, near the Archeological Museum, where the hop-on-hop-off bus station is. We found a great restaurant Atitamos 2 minutes from the apartment and ate there 4 times in 5 days! I prefer staying in apartments rather than hotels because my son wakes up very early, and this way we have separate rooms. The flat was clean with the facilities we needed. Easy to get and return the keys due to the locker. The owner provided all the details and explained the ways to get there from the airport. Thank you!

Pros: Lovely apartment, close to public transport and shops. Suited us really well.

Nice large apartment in the center of Athens

Pros: Nice apartment conveniently placed in the center of Athens, right next to the renowned National Archeological Museum. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable with several amenities (air-conditioning, fridge, microwave etc). Metro Station Omonoia is 7 minutes away, serving 2 lines to explore Athens. The Exarcheia area has a local urban flair, featuring several nice restaurants and cafeterias.

Pros: The location is perfect. It's not right in the center so it's not noisy, but everything is still at a walking distance- about 20-30 mins. Barely had to use public transportation. A lot of taverns in the area too. The rooms are big and beds are comfy, everything was clean. Owner was very nice.

Cons: Could have a few more supplies, like tooth paste, etc

Pros: Lekker ruim appartement. Rustig gelegen. Loopafstand metro
