Marilyn Residence II

Pros: We are very satisfied with the stay. The quality was definitely beyond the price. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. We got all the information needed the day we arrived: code, passwords. The room was well equipped and there were no problems. Highly recommend

Cons: The only drawback may be the creaking bed :) but anyway comfortable

Pros: Clean. cheap, comfortbale (balcony!) very nice neighbourhood. Strongly recommended!

Great value for money with decent facilities

Pros: Definitely enjoyed our stay here, it was simple to get in, they just sent us the door code. It's fantastic value for money for the price and the host was really nice when we asked for extra towels/shower gel. It's about a 10/15 minute walk from the metro so not too far. The room was also very clean so can't have any complaints about that. If you're looking for a good value stay in Athens this is definitely the one.

Cons: The only issues were the room walls were quite thin so we could hear noise from the other rooms sometimes and the bed was very squeaky. The location also isn't the best as it's quite run down. Although these weren't a massive issue and didn't have much of an effect on our holiday.

Good for the price

Pros: The stay is really good for the price. Take a lime step and you will be everywhere in no time. It's 40 min walk from the city center but 10 minutes by the lime step.

Cons: The springs in the matras were pushing in our backs, but it was good for the price. there is no extraction system. all our clothes got damp. my boyfriend has astma, so the humid in the room wasn't good for his lungs.

Pros: Excellent appartment. Everthing was clean and tidy. Convenience location to metro and buses. Exceptional service from the staff. Keep it up your good work.👍

Perfect for low budget trip without too much compromise

Pros: Everything was electronic with code for doors. Near metro line 1, easy to get everywere.

Cons: Renovated in low end surrounding. Never got any problem with that all neighbors were nice.

Pros: This was a miracle find for us, as our pre booked accommodation cancelled on the day. This property were quick to accept our late request and sent all check in details very promptly. Was relatively small space but had all the necessities and was very comfortable.

Cons: Only minor issue, there are two entrance doors and we were initially unsure which one accessed our apartment

Good for a short stay

Pros: Good location, very clean place and good instructions about check in

Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower didn’t have good coverage, the bathroom would get wet after every shower

Pros: The room was and nice clean. But special thank you comes to the staff, as they were super responsive and helpful and went an extra mile to help us.

Good and clean

Pros: Air conditioner works good , clean space and good for a couple.

Cons: Not directly about the property however the neibourhood looks a little bit insecure.
