Pros: A great location, right in the middle of everything but in a side street so not too loud at night. The room was very comfortable

Pros: This property is in the heart of all the action so if that is where you want to be this is the ideal place for you. Step outside the door and you are surrounded by a vast array of restaurants and cafes. The cafe next door is excellent for breakfast and Bandiera just around the corner is excellent for dinner. It is easy walking distance to all the attractions and just over 1km to the airport bus. The host was excellent answering our texts promptly and allowing us to store our luggage on our early arrival. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of historic area Functional appartment

Cons: Ground floor appartment with noisy street outside. Need to keep curtain closed to avoid people looking in. No bedroom window We could not get the internet or TV to work whilst we were there, so relied on mobile hotspot

Pros: Very good location, central Athens and close to Monastiraki square. It is busy part of the city with a lot of restaurants around being loud in the evening as reviews are saying, but the noice from outside doesn't reach the bedroom (mostly in the living room area you can hear it). So it really didn't bother us while sleeping. There were noices more from the apartment above and the stairs in the building, and if you are a light sleeper this might bother you. For our 1 night stay it was perfect as we were close to everything in Athens for 1 evening, and in the morning we could easily grab a metro (& bougatsa from Bougatsadiko Psirri, which has maybe the best bougatsa I ever had in my life) from Monastiraki square and be at the airport in 50min. Also having Netflix on TV is always a bonus in our opinion! Communication with a host for check in and check out was also very smooth.

Cons: The bed could be a bit more comfy, it was pretty hard, but for our short stay it was still ok! Everything else was perfect!

Cool, modern suite in a great part of Athens

Pros: Great location. Cool apartment. Very secure and excellent soundproofing!

Cons: Could have left some instructions for the shower system and bedroom lights. We got there in the end!

Cozy and modern🤩

Pros: The property was spectacular, very clean and modern. It is very close the cafes, variety of restaurants and gift shops. You can literally walk to most of the famous tourist attractions of Athens (just wear good shoes😊). It is so close that after a hot, tiring day in the morning, we can actually take a quick shower or rest with a fully air conditioned room before heading out again in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family who’ll visit Athens♥️😘

Cons: I hope there was a cleaning service in between ( or can be requested).

Pros: Everything was perfect the apt was very well equipped the location was wonderful.

central location

Pros: location is amazing and central in touristic area easy check in nice shower AC in two rooms big tv

Cons: the cleaning wasn’t properly done, there were long hair in the bathroom floor and around the house you can hear your above neighbors when they’re noisy and loud steps

I would highly recommend Athenian Living Suites and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again .

Pros: Great place to stay, centrally located close to wonderful restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, the balcony was large and the 2 separate sleeping areas were a bonus. Great communication with the hosts, easy access using PIN codes.

Cons: If you are staying in the penthouse be aware there are 3 flights of stairs you need to tackle as there isn’t an elevator. It might be an idea to make note of this as people with disabilities, sore knees/feet/ankles would definitely struggle. Aside from this it’s a great place.
