Cosy apartment in Metaxourgeio

Pros: The place was super clean. The bed was really comfortable. The host was really reactive to any message and responded quickly.

Satisfying

Pros: I like the comfort of the bed. It’s a real good quality mattress. The fridge is clean and a really good one. Kitchenware is good enough to cook your own meals. The next street there’s a grocery bazaar once a week. People are very friendly and it’s nice to find fresh nutrition nearby. The shower works good. There’s enough space for a couple to spend a week or weeks in Athens.

Cons: The area between Omonia Square and Metaxourgeio is a bit scary with and shabby.

Contact with the owner was perfect. We have verry relaxing stay and visited a lot of places based on our hosts recomenda

Indeed a Cozy place to stay in Athens

Pros: Extremely comfortable bed. I chose this listing based on my activities & it worked out perfectly. Very convenient for day trips to Meteora (since tours leave from the train station). Regional train or metro to airport. Art museum on the corner & some shops/places to eat nearby. Washer/dryer in the unit if you need to do laundry. Elevator in the building. Responsive host. I had a great stay!

Cons: hot water for the shower needs to be turned on in advance. not a big deal but you have to plan/ remember to do it

Well located and great value for money.

Pros: liked everything, the comfort, the facilities and equipment, cleanliness, location, communication with the host. Everything was perfect. The owner and the place were excellent.

Cons: Nothing. I love everything.

Perfect for a group of 2/3 even up to 4 (the 2 sofas can act as beds)

Cons: I love the location, near the tain/metro (few minutes walking distance) also 15-20min walking distance from nearby museums / downtown. Apparently some taxi drivers said the place is not completely safe but i felt very very safe actually, mini market 200 meters away, bakery 1min away.. super.

Pros: I have come once again at this apartment and I am very satisfied as it is huge it has everything you need as a guest and of course the decoration of the house and furniture etc are exceptional

Cons: I knew that the area where this flat is situated is not at a rich suburb of Athens but it's close to the railway station underground with some useful stores such as market Cafe and taverns in a cheap amount of budget .the handle of the balcony door in the sitting room must be fixed that's the only negative point .thanks a lot

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Well stocked, we had everything we needed. Close to the metro and train station but also easy to walk to and from the city centre. The air condition was a lifesaver in the heatwave.

Cons: The surrounding area may appear out of sorts but that does not affect the accommodation whatsoever.

Excellent fully self-contained apartment in useful location

Pros: Comfy bed in very clean apartment, with large bedroom & lounge, plus fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine worked well (essential for me as I stayed 10 nights), and the balcony was a nice touch. The aircon worked well enough and it is a super convenient location - just around the corner from Athens Railway Station (which is also a Metro station), and a 20min walk from Monastiraki Square & the centre of town. Overall it was ideal for a short or long stay.

Cons: Nothing major - a very minor improvement would be if the shower head had something to hang from. Also there was some heavy construction work early one morning on the top floor (I was the floor beneath) - but this was only one morning of the ten, albeit a Saturday, and is obviously no fault of the host. Really good apartment.
