Pros: The room design is modern &new. The bed is very convenient. I took the superior room on the 5 floor. It was very big with a large bed, a sofa, and small kitchen, table & chairs. The building is located very close to the conference centre, and 10 minute walk from the main square of Nea Smirny neighbourhood - a beautiful area with restaurants& shops. The historic city centre is about 20 minutes with bus
Cons: The noise from the near main road. The water pressure in the shower was law and was not hot enough. when i complained about it to the lady in the reception i was answered that because it's Saturday morning- its a weekend and they cannot take care of it until Monday...

I really liked this place. Clean, comfortable, and great location too.
Pros: The building and the apartment are new, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you might need: good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom accessories, kitchen utensils, a smart TV, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and even hotel slippers. Breakfast is delivered right to your apartment at the exact time you choose. Although there are only three possible breakfast menus, they are quite good. The staff are very kind and helpful. In the fridge, there was a 1.5L bottle of water as a welcome gift, along with a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags. This place is located very close to a bus stop, from which you can reach the city centre in about 10 minutes. The location is also quite calm. Thank you very much, Earos Urban Living!
Cons: I would only suggest adding a couple more breakfast menu options. Also, there is no remote control for the air conditioning — it’s on the wall, so if you want to turn it on or off, you need to go to the control panel. For some people, this might be inconvenient, but I don’t really have any complaints. This is a perfect place to stay for a few days.

Pros: Probably the best apartment ive stayed at. Excellent location and once ure in the room its pretty much the most comfortable stay u could ask for. I had to change my Hotel from Hotel Ilissos to Earos and it was the best decision ever. Safe, secure and convenient. Highly recommended. Shout out to Maria at the reception who was the sweetest. Ps. Plz have a laundry service and also a steam iron in the room. Also would be a good idea to have the TV on a swivel. Still 10/10.

Immaculate property and very king and helpful staff.
Pros: It was so perfectly clean, spacious room, great furniture and design. Everything was stunning. Also it had a perfect sound proof and it was really nice and quiet although the property was next to the highway.
Cons: Honestly nothing. Everything was perfect. The only downside is the parking as the area is overcrowded and is hard to find a parking space.

Pros: It is a chain brand apartment-type hotel. The whole building and rooms are brand new, and the rooms are very private. The rooms are spacious, with complete facilities and kitchen utensils, and the bedding and bathroom supplies are very clean. The service is very good. Although the service staff will go off work after 8 pm, they will inform you in advance.

Pros: The receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. We had some special requests (for example: extra bedsheet etc.) and they fulfilled them immediately without any issue. The room is spacious, super modern and it feels like everything is brand new. The bed is comfortable and there is an AC, which is a must have during the summer season. You get mineral water in the fridge, tea and coffe capsules. We loved staying here and would come back anytime. :)
