A Great Stay at a Comfortable Large Apartment

Overall Nice comfortable property close to major bus routes for easy acccess to central athens.

Pros: Good location near a main bus stop so can catch multiple busses to central athens, decent sized property, good sized lounge, dining area. 3 bed rooms adequate for the 6 of us. Overall it was good.

Cons: Bathroom needs work, the bath is not designed to be plugged so a bath is not possible, whilst the the shower is fixed at about 2.5 feet off the floor, makes the shower an ordeal to use i.e. one needs to sit and hold the shower head in ones hand. Hot water button needs to be pressed and takes 30 mins to heat up, probably not a problem, during July / August, else no hot water on demand unless one remembers to press the hot water button 30 mins before one needs hot water. Could do with a a few new mattresses for some of the beds. The Lounge settee is fine but all of the dining chairs need replacing.

A pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this location.

Pros: Excellent location.Very good position.A quiet street.The owner was communicative and willing to explain everything to us.

Cons: It's not something you don't like.The apartment is equipped with everything.

Pros: Spacious, air conditioning was great, good size kitchen, good to have extra toilet

Cons: Some older style furniture but good value for money and close to easy public transport.

It is worth to stay because of the location, amenities and price :)

Pros: Nice and comfortable flat, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a larger group. Good location, easy to get to Συγγρού - Φιξ (metro station), from where it is quite close to the Acropolis and all the ancient sites. Even if the flat is not very new, it was in good condition, nothing to complain about.

Cons: I can confirm that it is a bit noisy because of the traffic.

Pros: Dokonalá komunikace s majitelkou již před příjezdem.Velice prostorné ubytování. Vybavená kuchyně. Pobyt bez starostí.

A fost un sejur minunat și aș repeta experiența și alături de familie.

Pros: Este o locație excepțională. Se găsește ușor mijloace de transport din apropiere. Proprietarii sunt foarte amabili și receptivi la solicitarile noastre.

Cons: Nu există aspecte de acest gen

Pros: Wszystko było ok, właścicielka bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna w każdej sytuacji 👍jakość w stosunku do ceny super, jeżeli będę miał okazję to napewno skorzystam, polecam😀

Pros: Miejsce zgodne z opisem, bardzo czyste, w super lokalizacji - można dojechać transportem publicznym z wielu miejsc. Dookoła restauracje i sklepy. Łóżka wygodne, kuchnia miała wszystko czego trzeba, sprawna pralka. Apartament przestronny, duże okna i wygodny taras. Ręczniki i pościel na miejscu są.

Cons: Jedyną uwagę jaką mam to, że w ogłoszeniu jest mowa o \

Pros: A Sra. Maria foi muito simpatica a atenciosa e tudo correu muito bem. O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, 5 a 10 min de carro para o centro de Atenas e igual para a praia mais próxima. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias, incluindo ar condicionado. O edificio, e a rua onde está localizado são muito sossegados.

Pros: Son emplacement au calme mais bien desservi par les bus à mi chemin du centre touristique et mi chemin de la mer et des plages. Bien climatisé et agréable.

Cons: Petit problème de disjoncteur peut-être en raison d'une surconsommation en raison de la chaleur.
