Pros: The apartement is quite cute and comfortable. We really liked the location, it is not in the touristy areas, but also not too far. Just a 30 minute walk to all attractions or 2 subway stations.

Pros: This is a cosy and spacious apartment, which has most of the things you would need for a shorter or longer stay. Instructions for arrival and check-in were clear and easy. The apartment is located a bit far from the old town and sightseeings, but I did not mind. Nearby, you will find many means of public transportation. There is a supermarket nearby. I had an issue upon arrival, but it was quickly solved. The apatment has AC both in the bedroom and living room.

Cons: The apartment is situated next to the elevator and if you are a light sleeper you can hear it in the bedroom. So I would recommend using earplugs.

Pros: Clean, recently renovated apartment with all facilities; good location -about 7 minutes on foot to 2 metro stations; easy check-in/check-out process;

An excellent stay !

Modern apartment in Athens close to HUA University.

Pros: modern apartment with one bedroom, kitchen and living room close to the center and HUA University in a quiet area. the bed was very conformable and we found everything we needed including coffe machines (also for espresso!). Recommended for 3-4 nights or more!

Cons: Minor concern: I would only suggest to improve the check-in and check-out procedures that were not very detailed. I will definitely come in the very same apartment next time and I'm sure that also these aspects will be enhanced.

Pros: Très bon emplacement par rapport au Métro que l'on arrive du port ou de l'aéroport. Le Capitole et la visite d'Athènes se fait à pied de la location. Le logement est très propre et récemment rénové. Le propriétaire est réactif et renseigne très bien.

It doesn't get any better

Pros: I stayed for a month (September 2025). This is one the best apartment I've ever stayed. It has everything - including a dryer. The only things that were missing were the dishwasher and the microvwave. But, it has everything else. It was crystal clean when I checked in. A lot of towels. Two sets of linen. The location is good. The area is not crowded / touristic - but still close to the center. Two AC units. It's also sunny (which is important for winter - you will not get cold). The hot water runs 24/7 - and you don't have to turn on / turn off boiler every time you wanna go to to shower. And it has self-check in which is classic but still.

Cons: The elevator is old and quaky and can be heard from the bedroom. I did not mind it at all - but hypersensetive sleepers might have a different experience.

Un buen lugar en Atenas.

Pros: La disposición pudiendo tener 2 dormitorios independientes. Muy bien decorado, totalmente equipado. Lo único que podría agregar es un microondas, si bien tiene una cocina eléctrica completa, jarra calienta agua y una cafetera de cápsula.

Pros: Clean and spacious recently renovated apartment with all facilities; we were pleasantly surprised as the pics on booking.com do not do the apartment justice, the place is much nicer in person! The place is very quiet even though it is off off a main street with a good amount of traffic. Double windows do a great job at making the place quiet. The place has AC which is definitely a must in Athens in the summer. Good location -about 10 minutes on foot to the closest metro station; host is easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth

Pros: הדירה נקייה מאד ויש בה את כל מה שנחוץ לשהייה ממושכת. המיזוג עובד מעולה ובדירה היו מצרכים בסיסיים כמו בקבוקי מים, סוכר, קפה, צנימים. המטרו נמצא 8 דקות מהדירה ויש באזור חנויות ומסעדות. בעל הדירה אדיב ביותר ונתן מענה מהיר ויעיל.
