Kouklospito Cozy City Apartment in Kallithea Athens

Pros: Beautiful and cozy apartment with everything you need. Nice big terrace, parking garage is nearby if you have a rental car. Also metrostation Tavros is 10 minute walk and within 6 minutes you are in the center. Our host Filio is a very nice person and helps you with everything. We will return for sure.

Pros: Very nice plays to live very comfortably flat inside is very vey good plenty of household to use people on the apartment is cain and healthful very professional looking after the guest very well

Cons: Everything was perfect nothing I can say I don’t like in this apartment I can’t recommend to every body

Cons: On a Main Street so bit noisy at night but to be expected for location.

Napewno wrócę tu z rodziną!

Pros: Niesamowity klimat, wszystkie potrzebne przedmioty użytku codziennego! Wspaniała lokalizacja. Absolutnie bezproblemowy właściciel dostępny cały czas pod telefonem. Super klimatyzacja. Ci co narzekają na hałas z ulicy powinni się nad sobą poważnie zastanowić ;-)

Pozisione comoda .

Pros: La posizione., nella via principale ci sono varie ristorante , un negozio 24h che puoi trovare sia bevande che prodotti igiene e varie altre cose , più avanti c’è il supermercato Lidl ( molto comodo) 3 minuti camminando , c’è la fermata del bus 🚍 e varie latte cose . Via molto molto movimentata . La linea per andare al centro e la linea 1 è 5 . No c’è come sbagliare , io usavo sempre il Google maps , per gli orari dei mezzi pubblici, era perfetto . Se avete voglia di camminare 🚶 sono 49 minuti a piede per il centro .

Cons: Il puzzo di sigaretta che sicuramente qualcuno che c’era prima fumava tantissimo , anche nelle lenzuola se sentiva il puzzo , io che no fumo , mi ha dato veramente tantissimo fastidio 😒. Il appartamento è sulla via principale, e quindi il rumore delle macchine ma soprattutto dei motorini e moto se sentiva molto forte , ed era molto fastidioso. Però se avete suono pensate o abituati ad vivere nelle grande città , no sarà un problema .

Pros: O Sr. Fillio foi muito prestável e atencioso Sempre disponível para esclarecer as questões que lhe coloquei.

Świetne niewielkie mieszkanko na pobyt w Atenach, sprawna komunikacja z gospodarzem, polecam!

Pros: Lokalizacja, przemiły kontakt z gospodarzem, klimatyzacja dla każdego pokoju osobno, TV z Netflixem. Wygodnie łóżko! Polecam dla 2 osób, idealna baza do wycieczki na Akropol! Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons: Kuchnia bez mikrofali, ale to nie jest duży problem na krótki pobyt. Wszystko inne działało bez zarzutu.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή

Pros: Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, πλήρως επιπλωμένη κουζίνα με όλα τα σκεύη διαθέσιμο για χρηση. Άνετο υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανετα μαξιλάρια! Μεγάλη τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι με άνετο καναμπε για δυο άτομα. Ομορφο μπάνιο. Για διαμονή παραπάνω από 1-2 ημέρες το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, μας είχε πετσέτες για κάθε ημέρα ξεχωριστά (τις είχε στο κατάλυμα από την πρώτη ημέρα) χαρτιά υγείας, σεντόνια, και κουβέρτες. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι να πιεις τον καφέ σου το πρωί

Cons: Όλα υπέροχα. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό προς αξιολογηση. Ίσως μπορώ να αναφερθώ αν ανοίγαμε τα παράθυρα ήταν λεωφόρος από κάτω όποτε ήταν λίγο παραπάνω τα επίπεδα της φασαρίας, αλλά αν ήταν κλειστά δεν είχαμε κανένα θέμα!

Pros: Apartamentul este utilat corespunzator! Locatia relativ aproape de obiectivele turistice!

Cons: Fiind situat pe o artera principala este zgomotos! Parcarea costa 10 euro / 24 ore!
