Pros: We are very pleased with our stay. Everything in the apartment worked properly. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a comfortable living room. Rooms large enough. Mrs. Marina is always available for help and advice.

Pros: Very modern and massive inside despite the exterior. Rooms are massive with very strong A/C, well needed for a hot athens summer. Lovely living room / kitchen to hangout Marina / the flirty athens team are super quick to response and gave very helpful instructions

Cons: Lobby area for the whole building smell of very strong cigarette and is not very well kept, which i know has nothing to do with the management of flirty athens

Pros: Excellent, spacious and clean apartment. I highly recommend it for 2 families. A very well equipped kitchen( only a proper kitchen knife was missing :) ). We had an issue during the stay but my admiration goes to the landlord who took immediate care and we continued our leisure. A walking distance from the main tourist attractions, and plenty of shops(including Lidl)

Cons: In one of the bathrooms(FOUR in total) there was an unpleasant smell.

Pros: The apartment is quite big, very tastefully decorated and it was well cleaned. There was everything we needed and the fact that there was a bathroom for every bedroom was convenient. They had listened to previous reviews and made a second set of keys. Also, some of the complaints in previous reviews we didn’t see, so they were obviously taken care of.

Cons: The street and the apartment building itself. The trash cans were so broken down it was hilarious.

Pros: Vybavení přesně odpovídá fotografiím. Všechny ložnice mají okno na větrání, všechny pokoje jsou klimatizované. Každá ložnice má svoji koupelnu, což je velmi komfortní...jen bohužel jedna z koupelen není přímo přístupná z ložnice, ale přes chodbu. Obývací pokoj je dostatečně velký. U velkého barového stolu je bohužel jen 6 židlí, takže nemůže u stolu sedět naráz všichni ubytovaní. Postele byly pohodlné, čisté. Vybavení koupelen čisté, uklizené. Apartmán je dobře dostupný metrem (cca 10min pěšky), nebo autobusem (2min pěšky). Dostupnost centra města je cca 30min. Obchodů i restaurací je v okolí dostatek... V noci je lokalita klidná.

Cons: Snad jen 6 židlí u stolu (v apartmánu pro 8 osob). V kuchyni také chybělo pár drobností - velký kuchyňský nůž (takže cokoliv nakrájet byl problém) a více utěrek na nádobí... nůž i utěrky však byly do druhého dne doplněny :)

Pros: Appartement très sympa et très grand pour un groupe de 8 personnes. De manière générale, le logement est très beau, très propre et très spacieux. Il est facile d'accès, à 10 minutes du métro et à 10 minutes à pied d'endroits plus animés. Je recommande pour les grands groupes qui ne veulent pas se marcher dessus durant leur séjour.

Cons: Attention, les chambres ne sont pas toutes égales, nous avons fait un tirage au sort pour savoir qui prendrait quelle chambre. Elles avaient toutes leurs avantages, mais leurs inconvénients aussi : une chambre avec une salle de bain dans le couloir, une avec une mauvaise odeur, une sans prise et l'autre côté rue un peu bruyante.

Pros: Lots of space and all the amenities we wanted. 10 minutes to the metro and 5 minutes to a supermarket. It was clean and in good condition. The A/C was amazing.

Cons: The beds were too firm for me, just a personal preference. It could use some more kitchen supplies (bowls, knives, etc.)

Spacious and Well Located Apartment

Pros: Beautiful and spacious apartment, perfect for our group of 8. It had four bathrooms which was amazing!

Cons: One of the shower pipes was broken but it wasn’t a big issue.
