Pros: The apartment is very clean, there is everything you could need for your stay. The staff was really friendly and helped with everything. Also the apartament is in really good place - not too far from city center and metro.

Pros: - central but quiet almost car free neighborhood due to the many pedestrians roads - bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacist, small designer shops around - at the footsteps of Acropoli Hill - only 10 minutes to Acropolis Museum - only 5 minutes to National Museum of Modern Art - clean - good kitchen equipment - quiet

Cons: - we did not need it because we knew Athens but some Infos like nearby restaurants or general informations like a map would be helpful

Pros: Great location. Good value for the price. Staff were friendly and responded to my complaints immediately. Nice and clean apartment.

Cons: Apparently you have to push the button in the switch box (to turn on the boiler) several times a day to have warm/hot water in the apartment. Tea pot was burnt inside. Should have been replaced long ago.

Great option for a short stay in Athens! Perfect location and value for money.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor and there is not really a view.

Lovely modern apartment, situation in a great location.

Pros: The property was very clean & modern and in a fantastic location.

Cons: If I had to mention something, it would be the bed mattress is a bit too hard, not good if you have bad knees or hips. Oh, and there’s nothing you can do about it but the step just after you enter the bathroom is a bit of a nuisance.

Appartamento confortevole

Pros: Appartamento spazioso pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort

Cons: Posizione non centralissima per visitare Atene per pochi giorni. Scalini all’interno del palazzo per arrivare al l’appartamento scomodi da fare con passeggino - andrebbero segnalati. Dalla finestra del bagno entrano scarafaggi da fuori, se lasciata aperta, attenzione!

Pied à terre central avec tout le confort pour une escapade athénienne réussie

Pros: Un joli petit appartement en RDC de deux pièces tout équipé, et décoré simplement mais avec goût. Belle salle de bain, cuisine bien fournie. Un quartier très vivant (Koukaki) et très central.

Cons: Pas grand chose si ce n’est que l’annonce ne précisait pas que c’était un rez de chaussée légèrement surélevé juste à côté de l’ascenseur donc un peu de bruit à prévoir. Enfin oubliez les grasses matinées avec les cris des enfants de l’école voisine mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous.

Pros: Tudo! Apartamento amplo, lindo, moderno e bem limpo! Bem localizado, facil encontrar tudo de bom por perto e a poucos minutos a pe da Akropole

Cons: A agua do banho nao esquentou muito.. sorte que era verão! No mais, foi tudo perfeito e impecável, inclusive com jogo de toalhas a mais ( o que é raro de encontrar nos aptos de BB) só tenho elogios e espero voltar!!
