Very nice apartment in Koukaki

Pros: The apartment is very nice, spacious and very well located. Check in and check out very easy. Wifi very strong. Communication with owner also went smooth.

Cons: The fridge is very noisy! And the shower is leaking in the toilet floor.

Nice clean central apartment with view

Pros: Spotless clean, very good location, nice terrace with view.

Cons: It is a bit confusing which room you book from the pictures. The one we booked was not the one with the couch and the double bed. Would be good to clarify this in case some people prefer to sleep in separate spaces.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location. Lots of attractions were only walking distance away. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station and bus stop wasn’t far from the apartment. Apartment was very clean and there was everything you might need. Iron, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer etc. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Only minus was that elevator was very loud. If you are used to live in a private house in a quiet area then it is hard to sleep at night. Earplugs are very helpful. :)

Pros: Perfect location, close to metro and Acropolis. The accommodation is small but has everything you need. Rooftop terrace is perfect :) Check in time officially is from 14:00, but we could check in earlier - thanks to the host for the flexibility!

Cons: The lift is a bit noisy, but not disturbing

Pros: The studio was basic but good. Location is excellent. It’s on the roof of an apartment building and you can admire a 360 view of Athens.

Cons: If you are sensitive to noise then you might not appreciate the fact that you can hear the sounds that the elevator makes (the elevator room is adjacent to the apartment). However, this did not wake me up at night (maybe there was less movement at night). It was a very cold week when I was there, and the a/c was not as efficient as I would like it to be, but there was also a separate heater that I did not use, so maybe this could have warmed up the room.

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment close to Acropolis. In fact, from the rooftop, you have a nice view of it. Michali is very sympathetic and helpful. Strongly recommended!
