a small cosy place, very convenient location.

Pros: the location was very good - 12 min walk to the acropolis museum, plenty of shops and cafes just round the corner. Very helpful host, replying to my messages very quickly. Very clean apartment.

Cons: the apartement was not available before the check-in time, which is understandable of course. However I was advised to put my luggage in a nearby locker which was very difficult to use as the screentouch device was not working properly. I would recommand using a different locker, the one on Nikis street is managed by a very helpful person, which is much better than an automated service.

Excellent base.

Pros: Excellent communication from owner. Clean and tidy. Good price. In an excellent position for a base, near metro and town centre. There are loads of great eateries close by. Walking distance of the Acropolis & Acropolis museum, Olympic stadium, National gardens, and Agora. Not too noisy in the area. Everything you need in the kitchen. Good Air conditioning. Comfy beds. Lift in building. (Apartment on 2nd floor) would definitely book again. Just to note - The bath is very small and narrow and you need the bath as no wall mounted shower. Though you can wash adequately. The balcony it not big enough it sit out on, it is a juliet balcony, again you can have the doors open for air and sun and it doesn't ruin your holiday.

Pros: Very clear directions from host. Great communication

Pros: The accommodation offers everything that is necessary for a stay of one or two people. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. You can do everything walking.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. Our Greek friends mentioned that it’s located in a nice area.

Cons: It would be helpful to clarify which side the apartment is on. The listing said “on the left side,” but it didn’t mention that it’s to the left of the elevator. The elevator is very small, so we used the stairs most of the time. Hot water wasn’t always available, and needed to be turned on in advance. The balcony door was a bit difficult to close. And finally, something that can’t be changed: the apartment is quite small. The kitchen is especially impractical—you really can’t cook anything there. Overall, though, it’s still a decent option if you need a place to stay in Athens for a few days.

Good option Quality/Price/Location

Pros: Really great spot! Super close to the city center, easy to walk everywhere. The area felt safe and had lots of shops. The place was clean and comfy, and the price was fair. It is very, very small though, so I’d recommend it more for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would stay again

Cons: the WiFi wasn’t very reliable, the window didn’t close properly, and the bathroom could definitely use an update. But overall, it worked well enough for a short trip

Pros: The location was great, safe, good restaurants nearby and close to most attractions, the host was very nice and responsive, kitchen was tiny but well equipped, there is a small balcony

Cons: It was a bit cold when we arrived but I guess it’s not a problem for most of the year in Athens :) the apartment is very small but I still think it’s a good value for money for short time stay but I would recommend it for people who are close friends or a couple because of the tiny space there is not too much privacy ;)

Pros: The place is exceptional, clean, everything was taken care of, and the communication with the Host was super good, the place was very close to the metro station and other places to eat, the area seemed super safe to me, without a doubt an excellent choice, thank you very much Alex House I will definitely return there.
