Diocharous garden apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment! Highly suggest it for other guest!

Pros: The apartment is really big. It can easily accommodate 6 people. There is a very big bedroom with a curtain separating it into 2 parts. One part has a queen sized bed and the other a king sized bed. Then there is a big sofa bed outside. The apartment has a lovely patio which I think is amaaaaaaazing for breakfast or afternoon relaxation. The host communication is very quick. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe. There are many supermarkets around abd and few restaurants 2 or 3 minutes away by foot. There is a tiny cafe next to it serving local items and ice-cream. It is well connected to many bus stations. But the busses in Athens are not frequent. It is not near the metro. At least 12 minutes walk. There are a few stairs leading up to the apartment so it might not be very accessible for mobility-challenged people. I would definitely go again.

Cons: The only draw back i found is that the apartment's bathroom is en-suite. Meaning there is one small bathroom within the bedroom. So if somebody is sleeping outside then they need to go inside the bedroom for the bathroom. I would say this is the only draw-back Also note

Second home for exploring Athens

Pros: Very quiet neighbourhood,coffee,supermarket and taverna on the same street, metrostation - 5 minutes walking. Quick and easy communication with the owner, nice back garden.

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The owner is an amazing human and made us feel like home. We found the apartment exactly how it's advertised. There is everything very close to the flat. Emily's bakery was opened 24/7 with fresh bread, croissant and coffee to start the day. There is also an amazing local restaurant where we had a culinary experience that left us unable to move from all the different foods we've tried. The name of the restaurant is 5φ. Strongly recommend to try. We will come back for sure.

Cons: The shower was a bit slippery, but I am 100% sure that it will not be the case as the owner will fix this.

Modern and clean stay

Pros: Everything was modern and clean. Fully supplied apartment.

Cons: The two beds were in the same room even though there were two rooms, so it was a bit uncomfortable. The tap and the sink were in a separate room from the kitchen, in front of the toilet, opening from the bedrooms. We were out of hot water quite often as they owner said we can only turn on the heater for maximum 2 hours otherwise it's dangereous. So basically we got home from walking all day in the hot weather and had to wait for the first 2 people to finally shower and then the last 2 had to shower in the cold water or had to wait another 30-60 mins to get a warm shower.

Super long weeekend in Athens.

Pros: Clean and very comfortableb appartement, metro station nearby, restaurant, shops, bakery very close, very kind owner

Cons: It was all perfect.

Cons: La cocina no tiene fregadero y hay que ir a otra estancia a lavar los platos

Pros: L'hôte est venue nous récupérer à la station de métro, l'entrée était, même sans elle, la plus simple et pratique possible. Le logement est proche d'une station de métro. La chambre est très sympa et le petit jardinet aussi !

Cons: Malheureusement il y a une forte odeur de cigarette... mais ce n'est pas grave. Le logement possède aussi une petite plaque qui empêche de la grande cuisine...

Pros: Der Garten,die Lage, zwei vollwertige Doppel-Betten,

Cons: Auf der Herdplatte, nur eine und die funktioniert leider nicht richtig.

Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πάρα πολύ κοντά στο νοσοκομείο όπου γέννησε η κόρη μας και μπορούσαμε να πάμε με τα πόδια. Άριστη επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα κυρία Κωνσταντίνα.

Cons: Λίγο άβολο ότι άλλου είναι η κουζίνα και αλλού ο νεροχύτης
