Brand new brilliant apartment at Athenian Riviera

Quaint and homey

Pros: Loved the location - very close to the tram line but also out of Athens city centre so you get some peace and quiet!

Pros: The flat was very big with a lot of space. 10 minutes walking from the Kalamaki Beach. Close to the apartment there is a bus station so you can catch the bus easily. The service was very helpful and kind.

Excellent Location close to Athenian Ribiera

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay !! The location is stunning—peaceful yet close enough to the heart off Kalamaki / Alimos center and the beautiful beach area! The area offers breathtaking views of the sea, beautiful beach, and charming cafes and restaurants. The accommodation itself was incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy bed and modern amenities to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the hospitality—our host was gracious, responsive, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic escape with a touch of elegance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros: The apartment was in a great location! We went with our daughter and had a great time. Shops, restaurants and a park very close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Lovely well situated apartment

Pros: Lovely apartment, well situated. Close to the beach. Close to the tramway and bus for downtown. It has terraces and balconies all around the apartment, to eat or drink outside, while admiring a charming and quiet neighborhood. The owner was really nice and helpful. Easy selfcheckin.

Great place to stay

Pros: Nice area, clean, air condition/heater worked very well!

Pros: The apartment had terraces from every room with great views allowing one to relax outdoors even although you were in the city. TV with Netflix use your own connection was a plus. Walking distance to beach and good transport options. Spar supermarket which delivers so that was handy

Cons: No lift access and u have to walk up 2 floors of windy stairs although the owner takes your luggage up in her indoor lift

Perfect

Pros: I really liked this apartment. Since I was alone, I felt safe because all the shutters in the apartment close and are electric. The apartment is fantastic, with three terraces. The location is great, as it’s close to cafes and restaurants, and there is an electric train to get to the city center.

Cons: Overall, I liked everything, maybe I just had trouble finding a parking spot after 5 PM, but I guess that’s the case everywhere in Athens.

A very pleasant experience

Pros: Cozy, pleasant apartment, fully equipped. The kitchen has almost everything one needs (bigger towels and a dish rack would be useful though). The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has 2 balconies and a nice, big terrace (some sun blinds would make them usable during the day). All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cons: The bathroom is tiny and needs a little renovation. The apartment is placed at the 2nd floor, a bit difficult to access without a lift (elevator).

Lovely stay

Pros: The apartment was big enough, had everything you needed, was clean and the host was really nice and helpful. The location was also good, close to the beach (what we actually wanted) and shps and restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom was too little. Not that it's a problem, but the undersink cupboad and oversink cupboar were too big, which didn't leave much room. You couldn't sit properly on the toilet and also hit your head when washing your face or brushing your teeth. We are quite tall people, so probably this was the problem. :)
