Perfect Location

Pros: The apartment was spotless. Perfect location and very close to bars, restaurants and the beach. The owner, Dimitris, was very helpful and always available whenever we needed anything.

Pros: De locatie was fantastisch. Dichbij zee, dichtbij winkels, bakker en restaurants! Een goede plek om de omgeving te verkennen. Ook het balkon en uitzicht is top!

Cons: Het appartement was niet helemaal brandschoon .Je zag een globale schoonmaak maar er is een grotere schoonmaak nodig voor stof, hoekjes en oppervlakte. Dat maakt het verblijf compleet!

Pros: There was 5 of us, and we had plenty of space. The place was very modern and clean, very nice outdoor space which we didn’t use a lot since we were there over New Year’s. Great location near a small commercial area with shops and restaurants, about a 5 minute walk away. The Tram along the coast was also just a 5 minute walk away, giving us easy access to central Athens, Piraeus and the beaches.

Cons: The stairwell is a bit creepy, and the light would turn off when we were two thirds through it. We turned the flashlights on our phones on in more than one occasion.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ale...

Pros: Przestrzenny, dobrze wyposazony penthouse. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, wyjscie z kazdego pokoju jest na salon i taras, ktory byl naszym ulubionym miejscem na koniec dnia. Gospodarz bardzo miły, komunikatywny i pomocny. Parking jest ok, ale raczej na małe auto i parkuje sie na zjeździe, wiec trzeba uważać.

Cons: W opisie widnieje informacja, ze są 2 łazienki. Na miejscu okazuje sie ze jest 1lazienka z dostepem od salonu i 1toaleta z umywalka zaslonieta kurtyną przynalezna do najwiekszego pokoju. Daliśmy rade, ale informacja powinna byc bardziej sprecyzowana.

A nice comfortable apartment and a friendly host

Pros: The location is very convenient if you need to be in the area (eg sailors sailing with the NOK club). The beaches are very close by, eg Bolivar. There are nice cafes nearby. The host s friendly and helpful.

Pleasant Stay

Pros: The location was great for a combo of beach and city. 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Also easy access to public transportation for the center of the city and different beaches. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. The apartment was beautiful with a terrific balcony including a classic grill. The landlord responded immediately to any requests or questions. He also provided us with the fresh oranges from his own garden. Delicious 😋

Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Superb stay for Athina visit

Pros: The apartment is fully renovated and spacious. Host was great. Was there in 5 minutes to give us the keys and send some recommendations for entertainment and eating out. Has a 1 car parking space that was very convenient to park our rental. We had barbecue in the terrace and was amazing.
