Great place for a short stay in Athens.
Pros: Location and excellent kitchen appliances and equipment.
Cons: Wooden floors were noisy which may have annoyed occupants below our apartment.

Top notch host
Pros: Top notch host - saved my sorry bottom (problem caused entirely by myself) on day one with zero complaints. Place spacious, clean and perfectly located - I didn't use public transport at all as it was max 30 minutes walk to 'nearest ruins'. Perfect for solo or couple. Also, there were some small touches which normally nobody thinks about like leaving lights on in one room so when you come in first time, you don't end up in total darkness. I will be back soon :)
Cons: If you intend to rent it any time soon, take into account that neighborhood is a bit noisy - a lot of renovation work going on and some days they start work 8-9am.

Decent stay in the city
Pros: Cosy house, close to metro, good communication with host, good conditions in general, fast and efficient check in and check out, good wifi, shops nearby.
Cons: Bath needs some extra cleaning, couch is too small for an adult, we used the extra bed. More appropriate for 2 people, not 3 like we were.

Perfect apartment for a citytrip!
Pros: the apartment is very clean and tidy. it is convenient to the metro and the city center
Cons: it might be useful to have a light with a sensor at the front door to the apartment. the hallway is very dark but everything else is fine

Pros: αψογο , κουκλιστικο διαμερισμα...με ολα τα κομφορ και με το παραπανω...καθαρο, ωραια επιπλωμενο, με νετφλιξ , ιντερνετ , ολα τα κουζινικα ειδη, φορτιστες για κινητο... καθαριοτητα ...τα παντα ..ολα ηταν αψογα και ξεπερασε τις προσδοκιες μου και ο κυριος Βαγγελης, προθυμος, καλος χαμογελαστος , μοναδικός!
Cons: δεν νομιζω οτι υπηρχε κατι που δεν μου αρεσε..το αντιθετο

Uma estadia boa e prática
Pros: A menos de 5min do Metrô Larissa Station, é um apartamento confortável e com o essencial para passar alguns dias turistando em Atenas. Tem uma cozinha completa, com todos os utensílios para cozinhar, como panelas, chaleira, fogão, mini geladeira etc., um quarto confortável, com cama e travesseiros macios, ar-condicionado, uma persiana que veda totalmente a claridade, uma varanda para secar as roupas, uma sala e um banheiro. O anfitrião foi muito gentil e solícito, uma boa pessoa. Nas redondezas, tem alguns comércios e padarias, não nos sentimos inseguros na região, que é tranquila. No geral, recomendo a estadira para uma temporada em Atenas, pois fica muito perto do Metrô e do trem, permitindo um fácil acesso ao centro turístico de Atenas.
Cons: O banheiro estava sujo, o que nos desagradou um pouco, e a persiana da cozinha não fechava.

Dobry apartament w Atenach
Pros: Lokalizacja dla Polaka super - blisko do polskiego kościoła. Ponadto perfekcyjnie usytuowany apartment dosłownie około 200/300 metrów do linii metra oraz około 500 metrów do stacji kolejowej. Apartament nie jest najnowszy, ale spełnia swoje zadanie, mamy łazienkę, kuchnię, sypialnie i salon/sypialnie nocą.
Cons: Mało praktyczny balkon, stara instalacja elektryczna (działa i jest bezpieczna).
