Modern Cozy Apartment in Downtown Athens

Good price for good flat . Flat has everything.

Pros: Everything the same as on the photos . Very kind owner. Clean and nice flat . Calm area near metro station just 5 min by walk Has many supermarkets Coffee shops

Pros: Easy pickup of the keys, good communication. Bed is large and comfortable.

Cons: There is no medium-size pot in the kitchen (coffee pot is miniature, not useful for two persons). There was unpleasant smell comming out of the toilet/water sink in the bathroom.

Well located budget apartment

Pros: Clean, tidy apartment the Host is very kind and helpful. Lives next door and said call him if you need anything. Saw us arrive late and came and helped us get the keys and our suitcases up to the apartment. Easy access to Athens central Larissa station for the airport and Piraeus port. Metro located there also 3 stops to Athens Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. Very well priced. Highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The bed would be more comfortable with a mattress topper

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay for a few days trip.

Pros: Everything you need (train station, supermarket, food, coffee) is within blocks away. Very nice place to stay. The apartment also has everything such as medicines, toiletries, utensils, ironing, clothing hanger. The host is very welcoming and is available 24/7, lives next door if you need help with anything.

Cons: I had a bit of trouble retrieving the room key from the front door as it is my first time opening the box, but the host came and helped. You can hear neighbors noise a little bit but just bring ear plugs and you're all good.

Excellent hosts and good location

Pros: The hosts were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick response time and they even made sure we had a parking spot close by. Thank you 🙏

Pros: The apartment had all the basic needs. Good for short and mid stay. Everything needed was in the apartment and you could prepare light meals in the kitchen. The train and metro station (directly connecting to Acropolis) is nearby.

Pros: Nice space! The apartment was easy to find and the host really nice. I had a great time. Very clean.

The host was very friendly and kind and welcomed us very warmly. The entire apartment was super clean. The mattress was a bit hard but overall it was great

Very good price/value and friendly host

Pros: It's a nice little apartment close to the metro, ideal for a couple. It was very clean an had everything we needed. The bathroom looks brand new, and there is a wide balcony with a shader. The host is very friendly and helpful, came to check on us after we arrived and asked if everything was good.

Cons: A bit of sewer smell in the bathroom, but not unbearable. Some weird noises in the street at night, but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Getting in was a bit tricky because there are 2 keyboxes and the instructions didn't specify which one was ours, but of course we managed to figure it out finally :)
