Pros: Czysto, dobra lokalizacja, ciche mieszkanie. Ciepłe kołdry, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, kosmetyki, super taras, pralka, żelazko, kosmetyki, przestrzeń, toster, wygodne łóżka.

Cons: Nie działał telewizor I klimatyzacja w sypialni przy tarasie w nocy było chłodno. Tylko jeden garnek, brak durszlaka, proponuję doposażyc kuchnie.

Pros: הדירה גדולה, חדרים ומרפסת גדולים, מאובזרת (כל פעם גילינו שיש עוד אביזרים), אנחנו לא בישלנו אבל המטבח יחסית מאובזר (תנור, כיריים, מחבתות, טוסטר ועוד) כך שניתן לבשל, נקייה. המיקום יחסית מרכזי, מרחק של שתי תחנות מטרו מסינטגמה, יש הליכה של 8-10 דקות מהדירה למטרו. באופן כללי החוויה היתה בסדר גמור.

Cons: המזרונים היו רכים מאוד, כל תזוזה מורגשת ומעירה את מי שישן לצידך. חלק מהשקעים היו בחוץ וגלויים, שזה קצת הלחיץ, אבל הם עבדו בסדר. הספות בסלון לא נוחות בכלל. הקומקום החשמלי היה מלוכלך ממש כך שלא היה ניתן להרתיח מים, הרתחנו על הכיריים.
