Spacious flat with courtyard in Peristeri!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with a nice yard and private parking. We are grateful for the considerate host, providing helpful offers like early check in, guest guidances, etc. The location is convenient, close to the metro station, supermarket, city center, an easy way to the airport.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable with all the necessary equipment. The location was perfect with short distance to underground as well as highway. The approach of the contact person was excellent. We had a big SUV and couldn’t close the gate 😅 The owner as well as neighboors accepted to keep it open for two days and we were very gratefull for that approach and cooperation. Athens were very nice and we will definitely come back again (by air or with smaller car). 😀

Pros: The location was exceptional. Within a 100metre radius was a supermarket and an ATM. The Metro was only a couple of hundred metres away and very convenient to get in and out of Athens centre.

Pros: Everything, I stayed here for 5th time and I will do it again, if the property is free on the dates I need.

Cons: nothing. Everything was perfect. They even upgraded the property from the last time I was there.

An oasis of calm in Athens

Pros: Great location out of the centre of Athens, a few minutes walk to the tube station Agios Antonios, which was so easy to use and took you straight into central Athens. There is a superb bar 'Lovely Days' approximately a 10 minute walk from the property that did great bar food, we went here the first night after arriving. On the second night we stayed on the tube to the next station Peristeri a good number of restaurants and tavernas to chose from and close to the tube station, and an easy walk back to the apartment from there. Apartment was excellent, extremely clean and very comfortable, great information folder within the property, clear and concise communication from Nasos, for everything including meeting to obtain the keys and check in to the apartment. Excellent off street parking, which was one of the reasons for booking this property, and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again when in Athens.

Cons: Possibly an extra floor mat for the bathroom floor, and a mop to able to clean the bathroom after showering.

Excellent choice for a family retreat!

Pros: Exceptional unit with an excellent & very clean and well maintenance yard. The parking was just fine for our suv. The rooms were huge and clean and the bathroom too. Some interesting art work draw our attention as well as some pretty entertaining board games for the kids.

Cons: The living area/room needs some renovation. The coach is old and kinda dirty and very used. Same is the purple armchair and the central coffee table. The living area was not as clean as the rest of the house, as there were hair and dirt all around the table and even below the coach cover. This is why we are giving an 9 and not a 10.

Lovely apartment and stay

Pros: We loved that this apartment was spacious and newly renovated. The communication with the owner and his team was great and they were very helpful and acted very fast to solve an issue we had with the baby crib that we had requested.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night because of the cars/motorcycles passing but it’s tolerable. The little terrace/ garden was really nice to sit outside under the lemon tree, but there so many mosquitos throughout the day that bit me and my 11 month old baby everywhere. We only stayed for few days so it was ok, but it would be great to have something outside to repel them (mosquito repellent or so, and if there was something already that we didn’t notice, then it’s not really working)

Pros: There's everything you need. Short walk to the metro station and 10 min to the center. If you take a taxi it's 20 - 30 min and 10 - 12 euro. The parking lot is good enough for a family combi.

Cons: Only one mirror in the flat - in the bathroom. It gets a little tricky to use it when you're there with two teenagers.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in this apartment and definitely will be back in our next trip to Athens.

Pros: property was cozy and nice in an excellent location very close to center of Athens and 1 min walk near metro. neighbourhood was very quiet. you can have everything you need 5 mins walk around you.

Cons: everything was great these 3 days. the parking is a bit small but it’s enough for a regular sport car or an suv. I cannot find something that I didn’t like it at all.

Pros: Ιδανική περιοχή, ήσυχη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικό δρόμο που παρέχει τα πάντα. Το σπίτι άψογο, αν και ισόγειο είχες το αίσθημα της ασφάλειας, υπέροχος κήπος.
