New 2BD aprt with Shared Rooftop Pool D3

Amazing hostess, great location

Pros: What truly made the stay exceptional was Rada, the hostess and building manager. She is wonderful—kind, helpful, and very responsive. When we noticed a few missing items in the kitchen, she replaced them immediately. The location and neighborhood are excellent, and having a dedicated parking spot was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave a 9 and not 10 is that the furniture could use an upgrade, which is beyond Rada’s responsibility; otherwise, both the apartment and her hosting were excellent. There is a pool and a BBQ area on the rooftop of the building, offering a breathtaking view. The rooftop is clean and well maintained. Although we didn’t use these facilities because it was winter, they are definitely a great asset to the property.

Cons: The furniture needs upgrading, otherwise it's perfect.

Lovely apartment near the centre with amazing views

Pros: Lovely apartment. Clean and spacious. Wardrobe and storage fantastic. Outdoor balcony lovely with sun quite alot of the day. Amazing communication. Brilliant location. Nice rooftop pool and another massive rooftop balcony providing 360 views over the city.

Cons: Air con wasn't quite cold enough for us. Sofa in lounge very low and beds were not very comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment in great location with good facilities in and around as well as a lovely, partly shaded roof terrace with pool and views of acropolis. As an extended family, we hired 2 apartments in this block through the same company at the same time and both were great. Highly recommend and would very happily stay there again.

Very nice and pleasant stay for visiting Athens

Pros: Nice apartment in a recent building. Large rooftop with a view on the Acropole and a small pool. Air conditioned is working very well and it is not too much noisy. These things made our stay very pleasant during a very hot week. Easy to reach public transport from the location. Restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Cons: As mentioned to the manager, it would be nice to have some bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The only lights are from the ceiling, and it is not dimmable. That makes the room less cosy. The WC are in the bathroom.

These are small things that if fixed would make a good difference. Overall happy with our stay. Thanks

Pros: Nice apartment. Standard is new. Clean and tidy. Pool is good. Secure and safe area. Close to shops and public transport.

Cons: Aircon isn’t cold enough. One chair leg was broken, pots and pans not big enough for 4 people, Shower tap was broken also.

Pros: Apartment was lovely and clean, used the roof top pool, which has lovely views. Very close to restaurants, shops and metro station.

Cons: The only downfall is the beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows too

Cons: Mattresses and pillows were too soft The shower had soap scum / limescale around the grouting It would be good to have a proper draining board in the kitchen as towels were not provided to dry the dishes or dry hands after washing up

Excellent modern apartment for exploring Athens

Pros: Lovely modern apartment with all facilities in a great location (midway between the port and The Acropolis). Only a few minutes from the metro and surrounded by shops/eateries but on a quiet side street. Booked primarily as it had a rooftop pool and it certainly didn't disappoint, with views of The Acropolis and beautiful sunsets. Didn't use the parking, but if you were driving a definite bonus to have a private off street space.

Cons: Nothing - everything was very well equipped and check in/out went smoothly.

Wonderful modern clean flat in a great Athens location

Pros: The place was a very short walk from central Kallithea and very close to the metro. It was modern, clean and comfortable with great facilities. The air conditioning was great and it had a large balcony.

Cons: Two of the dining chairs had wobbly legs, but it did not cause an issue for me travelling alone.
