Luxury Maisonette with Shared Pool

Everything was wonderful

Pros: The apartment was clean, had everything necessary for a long stay, and was in a great location. It was close to the metro, from where you could get to the center in 10 minutes. There were also many cafes nearby where you could eat, and a mini-market with everything you needed. A few blocks from the apartment, there is also a market with fresh seafood and vegetables. The owner was always available and responded to questions within a few minutes. We only have positive impressions, and if we are in Athens again, we will definitely stay here.

Great stay ..

Pros: It was a Lovely apartment with lots light that came through. The shutters are fabulous and keeps the apartment very cool. The pool Area was lovely a little more Shade in the summer months would be great but not essential. Rada was really lovely and very helpful . She aloud us to check in a few hours early which was very appreciative. We would certainly return to to this lovely apartment.

Cons: The only thing we were a little Bothered with is that the pool area was closed on the Saturday from 4pm on wards to allow for a private party and noise level was a little excessive.

Pros: - the roof top and its breathtaking view on Acropolis... from the swimming pool ! Unique in Athens - the modernity of the accomodation - the availibity and good advices by the owner

Cons: - the location a little bit far form the city center (but subway nearby and taxi easy to be found) - a few equipment to be repaired but not annoyable

Pros: Location was ideal for the Metro; host was very friendly and helpful and it was great to have the pool. The apartment was clean & comfortable.

Cons: We would have liked to have a dining table.

Pros: The view from the rooftop pool was out of this world. The staff were so friendly. No rowdy guests. Clean. Comfortable. Good aircon. Easy to find. Spacious. Good parking.

Excellent

Pros: Rada is an exceptional host. She was there within minutes when we needed anything and she really went above and beyond when I managed to lock my bag into the apartment at 5.30am on the day of departure! The apartment is comfortable. Views of the Parthenon from both balconies was great. Location is excellent. Head to 1960 for excellent gyros and beer - extremely good value and delicious. Rooftop views are outstanding - we ate our meals up there since there’s no dining table in the apartment. Pool was cold but clean and accessible 24/7. If I was the host I’d charge slightly more for the apartment but then supply things like tea, coffee and oil and towels for the pool. Otherwise we loved everything. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable.

Pros: The spaciousness and cleanliness of the maisonette it was modern and and the Netflix on tv was a massive bonus. The kitchenette and including fridge was really good too

Cons: The rooftop pool was really good but sunbeds and surrounding pool area was shabby

Pros: Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment in great location with good facilities in and around as well as a lovely, partly shaded roof terrace with pool and views of acropolis. As an extended family, we hired 2 apartments in this block through the same company at the same time, and both were great. This one is split level, so it was great for my 21 year old son, but it wouldn't suit elderly people with mobility issues. Highly recommend and would very happily stay there again.
