Elegant Apartment

Pros: Very clean & new. Very good location, just next to Pireos Ave. Very close to live music stages & theaters, and under 10 min. walking distance from the gay night clubs & Keramikos Metro station.

Cons: The only downside is that the bathroom has a mold smell, even thought there's no visible mold, because there is no window for fresh air. The ventilation fan is not strong enough for the room.

Comfortable stay next to Kentro Athinon

Pros: The pictures are very accurate. The property is very comfortable for more people. I recommend it, it was clean, well-equipped and check-in/out were easy. It is in the building of Kentro Athinon, which was why we were in Athens, so there could not have been a more convenient location.

Cons: The elevator is not really working, the stairs are the worst stairs I have ever seen, but this was all outside of the apartment

Pros: Very clean and was ready earlier than the check-in time. The host was very responsive and helpful. Big terrace. A museum just in fron the building.

Great, I recommend it!

Pros: Clean and tidy, and I loved the little snacks, water and coffee pods provided.

Перфектно място за настаняване

Pros: Отлично местоположение, на пешеходно разстояние от забележителностите и центъра на града. Апартартаментът е просторен, поддържан и чист. Разполага с всичко необходимо, за да се почувства човек комфортно като у дома си. Домакинът е изключително отзивчив, приятелски настроен и на разположение да съдейства по всяко време. Благодаря за приятния престой, Фотини.

Pros: Πολύ άνετα δωμάτια, το καθιστικό άνετο και το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο. Πεντακάθαροι χώροι και αρκετές παροχές όπως καφέδες νεράκι και τσουρέκια. Μεγάλες ντουλάπες και ανετα κρεβάτια με καθαρά σεντόνια.

Cons: Η γειτονιά έχει πολλά μπαρ και κέντρα διασκέδασης οπότε υπάρχει αρκετή φασαρία. Επίσης αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο το παρκάρισμα αργά το βράδυ είναι δύσκολο.

Mooi appartement, prima verblijf

Pros: De host had veel informatie en tips gegeven via berichten. We konden zelf inchecken dmv de duidelijk gegeven informatie. Dat was fijn, want we hadden een late vlucht. Appartement was keurig en netjes en voorzien van basics (al hadden een paar flesjes water in de koelkast voor bij aankomst nog een betere service geweest). Geschikt voor 4 personen (2 slaapkamers met 2p bed) en ligt op de 3e verdieping, maar met trap en 2p lift te bereiken. Het appartement ligt ongeveer op een half uur lopen vanaf de binnenstad. Heerlijk gegeten in Athene en genoten van het heerlijke weer. Bij de dichtbij het appartement liggende restaurants Tzoutzouka (fijn en lekker) en Prosopa (viel wat tegen > hadden veel dingen van de kaart niet meer) gegeten.

Cons: De bank was wat doorgezakt. Gehorigheid vd buren > het appartementencomplex staat op hetzelfde blok met een groot muziekdome/concertzaal. Dat hoor je wel 's avonds in het weekend (basgeluid en autodeuren van vertrekkende bezoekers) of ga gewoon lekker lang uiteten ;-).

Davvero piacevole e confortevole

Pros: Mi è piaciuta la pulizia, l'arredamento, l'allestimento della cucina, del bagno, del frigorifero. Abbiamo trovato qualcosa per una buona colazione, marmellate, zucchero, caffè per caffè americano , capsule per caffè dolce gusto, fette biscottate e altro. Olio sale aceto, cubetti di ghiaccio già pronti. Frigorifero grande. Microonde. Mi ha fatto piacere di trovare l'appartamento già con aria condizionata accesa. Il terrazzo sul tetto è bellissimo anche se a luglio non è molto utilizzabile per via del caldo, ma ha una vista meravigliosa sull'acropoli. Bagno grande e comodo per appoggiare il nostro beauty case. Asciugamani che asciugano! Vicino alla fermata del bus e un pochino più distante alla fermata metro. Ci ritornerei

Cons: Direi che se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa, forse il quartiere non è esteticamente bellissimo, c'era qualche casa in costruzione e case dismesse. Però le vie sono larghe e si sta abbastanza a proprio agio nel camminarci. Abbiamo visto per 3 giorni degli zingari che erano accampati difronte, ma si facevano i fatti loro e poi se ne sono andati. Ci ritornerei

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille très agréables et sétons heureux de revenir.

Pros: La propreté, le confort, la disponibilité du personnel et le rapport qualité-prix. Tout était bien pensé jusque dans les moindres détails et nous avons très bien dormi.

Cons: Le quartier et les bâtiments environnants laissent un peu à désirer et on entend un peu les appartements attenants par la salle de bains. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu utiliser les transats du rooftop qui étaient cassés.

Comode, asequible i ben situat

Pros: La amplitud de l'apartament, la bona neteja. Molt ben equipat. A 15 min. del centre caminant.

Cons: En cap de setmana, hi ha soroll a la nit, a causa dels locals d'oci de la zona.
