Cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle
Pros: The property had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We had been travelling for a couple of weeks when we got to Athens and the washing machine came in very handy. The place had a clean feel and the enough space to break out from the rest of our group. The rooftop chill zone was very nice too with plenty of seating for the group and a bit of shade for those who wanted it. About half an hours walk to the touristy part of town.

Perfect in my opinion, I wouldn’t change anything.
Pros: It was very comfortable, clean, modern and full of utensils needed for living for some days. It was a really nice apartment.

Perfect Athens vacation
Pros: I loved every single details. Great apartment on a good location. Easily reachable and close to city center. Metro is very close. Apartment is like in the picture and has everything you need. Also I had some requests for the host and he was more then happy to help me out. Will back to this same apartment 100% next time im in Athens

Comfortable apt in a good location.
Pros: Modern style, elegant. Good AC. Good WiFi. Rooftop terrace with Acropolis view. Spacious. All toiletries. The windows insulate very well from outside noise, so despite it is next to a noisy Pireus avenue, the apt is quiet. The location is not in the very center, but it is some 10 min walk to 2 metrolines, train and even less to bus stops. In the matter of fact it's the walking distance to Monastiraki. So no problem. Place to go back.
Cons: There is no dish washer. Not a problem if you eat out. Just sth to keep in mind.

Immer wieder gern!
Pros: Die Kommunikation war direkt, schnell und persönlich. Die Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden immer wieder hier unter kommen, wenn wir in Athen sein sollten. Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen können.

Pros: Bardzo przytulne mieszkanie. Wszelkiego rodzaju udogodnienia. W kuchni exspres do kawy, toster,piekarnik. W łazience pralka , suszarka bardzo czyste ręczniki. W sypialniach świeza pościel . We wszystkich pomieszczeniach klimatyzacja. Bardzo nowoczesne i przytulne mieszkanie. Balkon też zrobił wrażenie codzienna kawa z takim widokiem wspaniała rzecz. Zdjecia z bookig faktycznie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistosć. Polecam w apartamencie winda i piękny taras z widokiem na Grecje.
Cons: Bardzo dobry kontakt z włascicielem odpisywal na każde pytania. Polecam bardzo a cena jak na taki standard bardzo niska.

Appartamento nuovo e confortevole, vicini alla metro per il centro di Atene.
Pros: Appartamento nuovo, dotato di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di 3 notti (come nel mio caso). Ho apprezzato tanto la comodità del letto e dei cuscini. L'host è sempre stato disponibilissimo, rispondendo con estrema rapidità a tutti i messaggi (non era in città durante il nostro soggiorno). Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno, e ci è stato risolto con estrema rapidità.
Cons: La zona in cui si trova l’appartamento è piuttosto periferica. Sebbene sia collegata al centro tramite la metro (la stazione più vicina è a circa 15 minuti a piedi), durante il soggiorno abbiamo notato una forte presenza di persone che vivevano stabilmente in strada, con auto parcheggiate a lungo termine e piccoli accampamenti improvvisati. In diverse fasce orarie, soprattutto la sera, era frequente vedere famiglie, bambini e gruppi che mangiavano, si lavavano e trascorrevano la giornata lungo le strade del quartiere. Questo ha influenzato la nostra percezione di sicurezza nei rientri serali a piedi dalla stazione. Questo ovviamente non dipende ne dall'host ne dalla struttura, ed è anche probabile che sia stato un caso estemporaneo che sia accaduto nei soli giorni del mio soggiorno, ma è bene evidenziarlo in quanto se lo avessi saputo, avendo un bimbo piccolo, forse avrei scelto un' altra zona, benché sottolineo l'appartamento è stato veramente confortevole con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Altra piccola nota, la parete del bagno è in cartongesso per cui non è difficile sentire voci dall'appartamento accanto. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto dei vicini abbastanza rumorosi e nonostante abbiamo chiuso la porta del bagno, il rumore lo abbiamo percepito lo stesso.
