Eagle's Nest Acropolis View

Pros: The highlight of this property is the balcony, on a good day you can see everything around. The host was very friendly and attentive and did absolutely everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Location is good, not noisy or touristy, many local businesses around.

Cons: It's the rooftop so on windy days it can be pretty loud. Also the buildings roof balcony is right outside the window so can be also loud if people sit there, unfortunately I was very sensitive to the noise. As mentioned before the bathroom is a bit tricky, you have to turn on the boiler before going in the shower. And as a tall person it wasn't very comfortable taking a shower there, I had to do it sitting.

Clever choice of name for this studio

Pros: Should I state that this is best view I've ever had the chance to see in a rented apartment? Well, clearly the 360° panorama over Athens is incredible! Though small, the kitchen was fully equipped and there was a nice desk in the bedroom. Sockets near bed 👍 Watch out for the street market on Tuesdays!

Cons: For me, the position of the studio was a blessing and a curse. Due to the proximity of the roof, I could hear the thunderstorm and pouring rain at night, which made it hard to sleep. Also, because of this, the terrace was full of water. But on good weather, it's a bliss!

Cozy, comfortable little apartment in a good location

Pros: A small but comfortable and cozy place to stay in the Pangrati district with a small and a large terrace offering beautiful views. The apartment is quiet as there are no other apartments on the floor. Public transport is good, and it is easy to get to major transport hubs. Nikos is flexible and a good host. We let him know that we would be arriving early and asked if we could check in early, which he agreed to. There was a problem with the hot water, but even though it happened on a Sunday morning, Nikos had it fixed by the evening. What is particularly fantastic about the accommodation is the Tuesday farmers' market in the surrounding streets. You step out of the house and where cars were parked on the street the night before, there are now vegetable, fruit, and fish vendors offering their wares. It's an amazing experience. It is worth booking accommodation so that Tuesday is included.

Cons: There was no such thing.

Fantastic and romantic Athen stay … breathtaking views

Pros: It’s a beautiful area of Athens. It was also the first time staying over at this end, less touristy and calmer,. We got surprised on Tuesday with the daily market with amazing colourful and juicy fruits, vegetables, fish and meats. It’s a 40 minute walk to the city centre , it’s a very pleasant walk. You don’t need to go far for a good aperitivo, it’s not as busy as the city centre, still has the same vibes and cheaper prices. The apartment is cute and you have a balcony from the room and the whole outside balcony with 360 views, you can enter from the stairway. The acropolis looked amazing at night.

Cons: We loved it ! Easy access , 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The tv had all the channels and the air conditioning perfectly worked.

Pros: Very nice penthouse appartment on the 6. floor with private terrasse and wonderful view on Athens. The appartment is rather small, but absolutely sufficient and in perfect refurbished condition with comfortable bed and nice furniture and small kitchen. The air condition is working well and the air stream can be adapted so it does blow above the bed. Location is in a very quite and friendly neighbourhood about 2 km from the center which can be reached by the nearby bus 214 or metro station Evangelismus, only 1,6 km by walking.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location and apartment. Very comfortable bed, Incredible balcony and roof terrace. Could not ask for more

Cosy and conveniently located flat

Pros: The flat is very cosy and, most importantly, quite clean. While the location is not right in the city centre, it is far from remote. If you are brave enough, you can walk to most of the key attractions; alternatively, public transport is just a stone’s throw away. The two balconies are among the greatest features of this property, though I personally preferred the smaller one for its cosiness. If your schedule is not too tight, it is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The fruit and vegetable market was fantastic - I bought some of the most delicious fruit and vegetables for very reasonable prices. The host was exceptionally attentive, providing all the necessary information upfront, leaving no room for additional questions. He also checked in during my stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very much appreciated.

Cons: Even though I was quite satisfied with my stay, I have a few minor suggestions. While the air conditioning worked well, a separate heating option would be preferable, as the air conditioner was a bit noisy, especially on windy days. Providing single-use slippers would also be a thoughtful addition. Lastly, the final two days of my stay were quite rainy, and it would have been very convenient to have an umbrella in the flat. Since those days were public holidays, it was quite tricky to find one in the nearby shops.

Cool place on a sunny afternoon 😎

Pros: Amazing terrace with a nice view of the Acropolis There's a marketplace just below on Tuesdays AC was cool 😎 Close to some cafes and a bus stop

Cons: Takes some time to get into the city center

Pros: The accommodation was lovely and so was the host, very responsive to any question and helpful! The location is excellent in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with plenty of public transport links around it so it was easy to travel around the city from it. Highly recommend this place as it’s a perfect location to spend a few days in Athens!

Breathtaking sunsets

Pros: The terraces are an undeniable feature of this property. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Location, although not hypercentral, was decent, and everything felt nearby. The room was very comfortable.

Cons: The kitchen is very minimalist, and a few additions - like a corkscrew, by way of example - would be appreciated.
