Lux Studio Apartment at Kolonaki

Pros: Great location, good space for the price, well presented, very friendly host.

Its a great little room in what I can only assume is an well do area walking distance to everything

Pros: The property was in a good neighbourhood. Safe and there is a resturant right near it. It seems like a well to do neighbourhood as there was luxary stores and also cool looking designer businesses. And great coffee shop on way to city centre as well as a goos supermaket as well as little convience stores.

Cons: I think the water went cold but was too busy to raise it with the owner. When I stayed one night as I was back in athens for one day it seemed to be working. Otherwise it was a good location in what appears to be a safe area and upmarket designer shops and grociers. To me it was a great location.

Pros: The location of the room was very convenient, for a short stay it is very nice as it is equipped with anything you'd need .

Pros: The location is good, some important attractions are in walking distances, there are many good resturants around, the room is very clean and has almost everything, in the small kitchen, even they prepared kitchen paper for tenants. The host always replied promptly and is very helpful.

Very satisfied to be alone

Pros: The location is very good, very close to the sytagma. The block is neat and there is no messy graffiti.，there are also not many people. The room is fully equipped. The staff communicates in a timely manner, and it is very convenient to pick up the key, even if you check in late at night. And the wifi is very fast.👍👍👍

Pros: The location was perfect - walking distance to the centre with everything around for ones needs . The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The host also was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had and was extremely helpful . I will definitely return . Thank you again Apostolos for everything .

Pros: I recently stayed and had a good experience. The room were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Next to Kolonaki square from where you can visit most highlighted sides of athens .

Prima verblijf in een knus appartement.

Pros: We kregen vooraf een foto van de buitenkant van het gebouw en waar de sleutelkluis zich bevond. Dat was heel gemakkelijk om het juiste appartement te vinden, zeker omdat we 's avonds laat aankwamen. Het appartement was klein, maar al het nodige was aanwezig. Een goed bed, schone handdoeken. Er was ook zeep en shampoo aanwezig. Athene is niet vlak. Om het appartement te bereiken is het altijd klimmen. Wij hadden er absoluut geen probleem mee.

Cons: Wat extra informatie over het uitchecken had misschien welkom geweest. Nu hebben we alles laten liggen omdat we niet wisten waar we met ons afval en dergelijke naartoe moesten.
