Pros: I liked that the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious, fully equipped with modern appliances, large and spacious parking space. We were there in the autumn, I don't know what the situation is in the summer, but this is a pleasant location, almost part of the capital. Kind host, he answered any questions very quickly.
Cons: The bedroom walls seem thin. The beach could be closer, the nearest metro station to Athens is relatively far away. At night it seems like there are drag races on the long straight boulevard. But these are not very disturbing circumstances.

Pros: The host Alex was so lovely and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could need. Would for sure reccomend!
Cons: Its next to a pretty noisy street, but you can't hear it when the windows are closed.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, clean and with amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine , iron, hairdryer , towels etc. Balcony, beautiful area with beach about 6 min walk away.
Cons: Traffic noise at night.

An expectional place to relax in .
Pros: Alex our host was welcoming, the accommodation was fantastic, and clean the kitchen was wonderful, this apartment has a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and the main bed gave me a great night sleep a calming peaceful place despite the busy road nearby excellent bus bus outside the main property we loved this accommodation.

My favorite place.
Pros: My second visit to this apartment and for a good reason, I love it! Great place, very clean, inviting with so much to offer. Attention to detail in every aspect. Lots of amenities, spacious, and with lots of natural light. Two great balconies with lots of privacy . Very quiet and within a short walking distance to Vouliagmeni beach. Lots of coffee shops/ restaurants and a great supermarket near by. Easy bus ride to Glyfada. But the very best part is the excellent host Alex. He will meet you, greet you and brief you about everything. He takes pride in his property and has every reason to be.
Cons: Loved everything..home away from home.

A fantastic apartment
Pros: We liked everything about this property. Alex was so friendly and greeted us on our arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped and close to cafes and beaches. A wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect stay in Vouliagmeni!
Pros: The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The location is great, with plenty of parking right outside the building. The apartment is fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and looks even better than in the photos. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: Lovely clean well sized apartment. The apartment had numerous useful appliances. Presented in a great condition. We highly recommend this apartment.

All you need
Pros: So clean. Windows and balconies allow for lots of airflow. Has all the utilities you’d need including iron and ironing board. Everything was easy to use. Great location. Easy communication with owner. 11min walk to main beach and restaurants. Can also walk to the lake and other beaches from here.
