It was just a perfect stay, locationwise as well as apartementwise.
Pros: Amazing Apartement at the foot of Lykabitos. It is a penthouse with a big terrace and balconys accessable nearly from all rooms. Communication with the owner very easy as well as the access to the apartement. 2 kilometres from Monastiraki, Uber brings yoiu for 4-6€ to the Centre, Akropolis, Plaka etx. One late evening we stayed at home and felt like it is ours, cosy, extrremely well equiped this modern apartement. You do really not need anything, the apartement provides everythiung what an apartement needs, From full equiped kitchen, Nespresso-Machine, Microwave, TV ...
Cons: Everything was really perfect.

Pros: What an awesome place! The flat is very spacious and bright, spotlessly clean and has everything one might need for a shorter or longer stay. And the terrace is even larger than the flat itself :O The neighbourhood is a bit removed from the centre, which is good because it's quiet and safe. The area offers everything you might need - shops, cafes, restaurants and pharmacies. Thank you Margie for a wonderful stay!

Apartment with nice view from terrace
Pros: Big terrace, nice view, apartment was quite big, kitchen was fully equipment. Apartment is not in the touristic center which was a pro for us because area is less crowded. A lot of shops, cafés and restaurants around. Near a few bus stops.

Beautiful well equipped Appartment with stunning terrass!
Pros: The Appartment was beautiful with a stunning terrass where u could actually hang out all day. Very well equipped. Even an electric citrus juicer. We loved it since the oranges in Greece are tasty. Even had some toiletries and detergent.
Cons: The bed was not comfy. But this seems to go for every bed in Greece, not unique for this Appartment. Communication with host was poor.

Pros: Great location – close to the center of Athens, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The terrace offers a stunning view of the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Big plus for the bathtub and the availability of toiletries like soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels were provided in sufficient quantity. There was also a washing machine and a TV with access to Netflix. Overall, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable.
Cons: A couple of small suggestions: a dish towel or paper towel in the kitchen would be useful. In the bedroom, one thin blanket for two people felt a bit insufficient – fortunately, we found extra blankets in the closet. A lightweight duvet would be perfect, especially for the spring months. Despite these minor things, our stay was great – highly recommended!

Beautiful house
Pros: What a beautiful house! Superb amenities, in a lovely location, close to Ampelokipi metro station. Margie was very kind and accommodated our requests for early checkin and a late checkout. Would always love to be back here, Thank you.
