Flisvos Seafront-Marina apartment

Spacious apartment near the sea and Flisvos

Pros: The apartment was great with two normal and a small bedroom, one master and one small bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony with great view to the sea. The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator access, near the sea and free beaches. We had everything we needed - kitchen, AC, washing mashine and other facilities. The balcony is great for having meals together with a view. Would recommend.

Cons: One of the bedrooms was particularly small with only one bed and window. Was not really spacious. However, everything else was great.

Pros: Nice welcome, clean, spacious apartment. We spent one night here during our trip, everything was perfect. All rooms have air conditioning.

Fantastic stay, near the beach and the town center!

Excellent apartment for large groups

Pros: The view from the balcony is amazing. It's a very spacious apartment and very convenient. There is a park just opposite for the kids to play and good food all around. In 10 mins by taxi to Syntagma square, and there is also a tram to take you to Central Athens.

Pros: The Host is a great person easy to reach the location and property presentation the location is excellent and have a nice sea view

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Great location. Good view from balcony out to harbour. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Apartment spacious and roomy with comfortable beds. 2 toilets. Plenty of restaurants within 10 to 15 minute walk. Found a park no problem.

Cons: Nothing.

Looking for luxury? No. Looking for good prices, good sized base? Yes

Pros: Easy location for our purposes but not in the tourist area of Athens. A couple of very nice restaurant nearby. There are three bedrooms and a large sitting room area so a good home from home base. The owner was helpful and responded quickly.

Cons: It was a bit ‘jaded’ with bathroom fittings my parents had in the 70s. Maybe that’s the standard in Athens, I don’t know. The flat is nicely proportioned but on a floor where the other flats appear to be vacant so the view from the balcony includes a pigeon dropping neighbouring flat. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the flat for you, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, good sized base in Athens, it’s an excellent choice. Not near the tourist attractions but at the end of a bus route and east for taxis

Pros: Nagyon szép,tágas az apartman! Legfeljebb a pót ágy kényelmességén lehetne fejleszteni!

Cons: Ps-t sajnos nem lehetett használni,mert nen volt töltőkábel a kontrollerhez és a wifi is megbízhatatlan volt, mindig lekapcsolt

Séjour très agréable

Pros: Appartement très bien situé. Le tram et le bus passe à 3 min à pied et la mer est a 5 min à pied également .

Cons: La grande avenue très bruyante qui passe à proximité. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour la nuit si sensible au bruit
