Flisvos Marina refurbished apartment

Pros: Big flat with all the things that you need for your stay

Pros: Was lovely and clean, great location. Right on the beautiful Flisvos Marina. Absolutely perfect.

Pros: lovely clean spacious apartment, fully equipped. spacious balcony overlooking gardens.. good location, cross the busy main road to the marina and beach where there is lot's of bars, restaurants , tram stations, and bus stops close by,,the Tram goes all the way down the coast ,lots of beach resorts.,also can get to Athens in 30 mins. Turn right out of the apartment, then 1st left there is a lovely Italian restaurant. turn left out of the apartment walk about 10 minutes there is a little town with lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Cons: very busy main road, there is a bridge that can be used to get across. .b

Pros: The location is very good, especially for family. Flisvos Marina is just across the road, which is a very good area to stroll always. Neighborhood retail stores and restaurants are within walking distance, including Lidl. Bus station to the center is just 60 meters away. The apartment is specious. All necessary appliances worked perfectly well. The balcony is quite big, and it is a good place for morning coffee. Every room has a balcony, as well as the kitchen. And the owner/staff dispensed in full quantity the greek hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment and convenient location.

Pros: Lovely large airy apartment, lovely big windows with double glazing. Great, convenient location and found it fairly easy to find parking space which wasn't expected. If you book this apartment you will be fully aware of the location which is very close to a busy road which can be noisy if you open windows. Having said this, if you are noise sensitive ear plugs may be useful at night. This would not put me off staying again though. The extra toilet was great as we were 5 adults all trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time. Flisvos Marina was a short walk away and was very nice.

Cons: Nothing really, my only suggestion be a couple of mosquito tablets for machine and kitchen roll would have been great.

Lovely apartment.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Lots of space. Balcony with furniture. Out of the centre and across the road from the Flisvos marina where there are shops and restaurants (it’s really pretty there). Good transport links into town.

Cons: The main road outside is noisy so it’s not a peaceful balcony experience. Athens is a busy city. Our balcony didn’t have any view being on the ground floor. Further up the building the view would be great .

Fantastic apartment! Great for families!

Pros: A wonderful apartment in a great area near the beach. It has everything you need from seperate bedrooms to a kitchen to a washing machine. It was perfect for our family of 4!

Good location to get around the southern suburbs and to visit other parts of Attica by car.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, very well furnished, and exactly as shown in the photos. Athina and her husband were helpful and responsive when needed. Car parking is challenging but we always found a space in nearby streets if not by the apartment. It is easy to manage without a car as there is a good tram and bus system to get into Athens centre or further along the coast.

Cons: Google maps showed us the location which looked as though it was further back from Leoforos Poseidonos (6 lane busy road) than in reality So, if you are sensitive to noise this may not suit you or take ear plugs, but it is a good location for a few nights.

Excellent location

Pros: Host was lovely and location was excellent for the marina & beach. Tram to Athens across the road took 30 minutes. The Italian restaurant around the corner was excellent. Property was secure, very clean and well equipped.

Cons: No cereal bowls for breakfast

Pros: Przestronny apartament, wygodny. Klimatyzacja, wyposażenie na plus. Dobra komunikacja publiczna.

Cons: Przy ruchliwej ulicy o było słyszalne wieczorami.
