Nice place and super host

Pros: Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the host is very helpful if you need anything extra. Shower was working well. Located in a nice neighborhood near the beaches, there is also public transport and a supermarket nearby. It was a pleasant 1-week accommodation in Athens.

Cons: There is nothing worth mentioning.

Pros: 300 yards from the Phaleron War Grave Cemetery which was why I was in Athens.

Cons: There are not too many bars close by without a 20 min walk

Perfect location. Walk to everything you need.

Pros: Across from the beach. Tram stop 1 min walk. Supermarket 1 min away

Cons: Water pressure in shower was nonexistent.

Pros: The location is great. Trams were there in walking distance so travelling various places in Athens was so easy.

Cons: The bathroom shower was not working properly, water was flowing very slowly. However it was not a major issue.

Host being very nice

Pros: The host of the property is very friendly and helpful. She tried very hard to speak English and help us access the building (when we having issue unlocking the front gate we called her over phone). We really appreciated that. The apartment is clean and spacious. There are food in fridge as breakfast (I guess?) but not much. We didn't had it.

Cons: The property locates in a residential area, and neighbourhood is tooooo quite and unlively. Plus, we stayed there during Greek Easter holiday, we couldn't find any breakfast store, supermarket, or groceries around the area.

Pros: the apartment is very new, very close to the supermarket, life is convenient. The host also prepared detailed instructions for use!

Cons: There is no private beach, which is wrong, and there is no breakfast, but the host has prepared eggs, butter, etc. in the refrigerator

Bel appartement

Pros: J'ai tout aimé: l'emplacement, la réception par Marinos qui est efficace et toujours disponible pour rendre mon séjour agréable.

Cons: Le tuyau du lavabo coule donc durant mon séjour je n'ai pas utilisé le lavabo. Dommage
