Athens Edem Beach Penthouse

Pros: Had a wonderful stay at Edem Beach Penthouse in Athens! The apartment is just a short walk from the beach and offers a beautiful sunset view from its huge verandah. It’s a spacious and well-kept 2BHK with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 🌅

Beautiful view, friendly host, comfortable apartment, great location!

Pros: Fantastic view, extremely friendly and helpful host, very comfortable accommodation. Close to the water and easy access to the city. The neighborhood is pleasant, with shops nearby.

Pros: Amazing view and sunset from the expansive balcony. Very clean and spacious

Cons: A little noisy due to road but was fine with balcony doors closed plus we quickly got used to it

Prefect place to stay with luxury feeling if want to be at beach side and not so far from the city as well.

Pros: Penthouse was excellent with its spacious rooms, balcony and it’s perfect location at beach with a beautiful sunset from balcony. Departmental store, tram was nearby. Interior was elegant with air conditioning in each room. Host Ms. Fotini was very friendly and helpful for anything we needed with warm welcome by her as well the owner who was on the phone with his warmth and welcoming words !!

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: The property was amazing it was clean spacious and the owner was fantastic , we had everything we could need provided down to shampoo , conditioner, laundry detergent and softener, we even had a parasol provided for the beach . Everything you need on holidays was provided, he recommended some great restaurants and great beaches apart from the one on our doorstep. I couldn’t recommend the property enough or Mr Dimitros as a host 6 stars all the way

Wow, Amazing View

Pros: The view has to be seen to be believed and it's truly breathtaking, there is such an expanse of sea. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained with lots of facilities, cooking, ironing, washing machine and a Smart TV. Eden beach is across the road and offers a secluded beach perfect for swimming. Fotini offered great help to us and we felt very well looked after by her. Thanks again.

Cons: The traffic noise could be quite loud at times, but the view was worth thirds little inconvenience.

Pros: Great location and very well kept. Massive balconies.

Cons: Nothing really. Lift is typically European small but bonus is there are 2 lifts. A bit of noise from traffic but that’s expected in the location.

Pros: Everything !!! Great location - short distance to the centre, beaches and shops and the metro The view and balcony is beautiful Very clean. Paraskevi is very helpful and responsive Will definitely stay again

Cons: the noise from outside was at first night anoying but to be honest then you don't care. The apartment was great , the view was stunning so nothing else matters. Still I can recommend this place and I will come back for sure.
