Excellent Kipseli apartment.

Pros: Lovely homey apartment. Extremely well stocked. Everything thought of including beach mats and towels, power bank, toiletries. Nadia brings the personal touch to her guests. She also has an excellent manual which includes apartment information and how to get around including a bus timetable.

Pros: Every thing in apartment is OK Nadia the host very friendly and supportive She will be recommended for any coming Athens visit

Cons: The elevator of the building need urgent maintenence

Pros: Nadia is an amazing host. Cummunication with her was simple and thougtfull. The apartment has anything needed - from kitchen equiement, to a smart TV and even umbrellas. There are multipile guides to nearby attractions, restaurants, and many more. The location is safe and easy to reach by bus. It is 5 min from central Kipsely and many cool cafes and tasty restaurants, groceries, etc. 10 min from a great park: Πεδίον του Άρεως

Cons: Shower is a little small.

Pros: Apartment was clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. Location was also excellent near by to many restaurants and peaceful area .

Pros: This apartment exceeded all my expectations! The location is ideal, close to all major attractions and with excellent access to public transport. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen fully functional. I especially want to highlight the host, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was always available for any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay special. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. Thank you Nadia for everything .

Lovely host

Pros: The host was very nice, she waited for us even though our flight was delayed for one hour, she explained to us how to get the bus and the train from the house, she also recommended us restaurants around the neighborhood we can eat. clean house with AC

Cons: the bathroom had some mold, but it can be fixed easily. one issue we had was that the bus does pass at the front but you need a ticket from the train station which is a bit far, it is easier to get an uber/taxi.

Wonderful

Pros: To start from the location apartment is located in really nice neighborhood. We loved the neighborhood so much with many trees cafes and markets soo close max 5 minute slow walk i think not even that much, bus stop just outside you can see it from the balcony. really safe and friendly atmosphere we felt like home with no worries, house is well equipped there was literally everything in apartment what you need and even more our host leave gifts for us some candies, snack, wine, lots of different coffee. Beds were comfortable. Nice and safe private entry to the apartment also elevetor. And for our host Nadia was so kind and genuine, quick to response . She even helped us planning our trips and routes, gave us different types of information written on papers maps and etc. Overall we loved the place and would love to return there once again.

Pros: She was very welcoming, she even waited for us since our flight was early in the morning. Answered all our questions very quickly and was very nice.Apartment was very sweet and cozy.. it had very good bus connection to center and she gave us very detailed instruction which were helpful.
