Kallimarmaro 2-Bedroom Apartment

Great stay. The apartment is lovely and Athens didnt disappoint.

Pros: The Apartment is lovely. Good quality furniture and everything you needed in the kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay and there is a good selection of local places to eat and drink right outside.

Cons: Nothing accommodation related, but it felt like taxi's and ubers did not like to drive over to this area. We walked a lot. If we came again we would find out more about the local bus. Maybe include some information on this for future guests. But not a complaint. We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Great communication, Yannis and Kostas were lovely. The apartment was spacious, clean, had everything you may need. Lots of restaurants, and bars around. Bakery and a mini market across the street.

Cons: Would have been good to leave an additional bin bag.

Great apartment in the centre of athens

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment. The location is very convenient, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, still the apartment is very quiet at night. There is everything that one may need for a few days or even longer.

Super apartment in a great location

Pros: We had an extremely enjoyable 10 nights in this apartment. It was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is superb with a supermarket, restaurants and cafes all nearby. It was only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Athens. We were welcomed on arrival and the owner is contactable and very accommodating. We will return and highly recommended.

Excellent apartment in interesting neighbourhood

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment very close to a square with shops, a bakery, restaurants and a gelato bar on the ground floor of the apartment building. The square is a lively and enjoyable place to sit for awhile or pass through, however, inside the apartment which is at the back of the building, it's totally quiet. I never thought about reaching for ear plugs. The facilities are modern and everything that you need for a few days is in the apartment. Excellent split air conditioning systems in 3 rooms ensure that it's nice and cosy in winter (when I was there) and I'm guessing, cool in summer. The apartment has a modern front loading washing machine which is gentle on clothes. The management is readily contactable via WhatsApp for any queries. A large supermarket is a few hundred metres walk and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a lovely green area

Pros: The apartment is spacious, attractively decorated, clean and packed with useful commodities. I particularly loved the area which is so much quieter than the city center but it still had a lovely buzz in the square outside. Families congregate in the evenings under the trees, restaurants and patisseries skirt the square and it all creates a warm friendly atmosphere. In I came to Athens again, I would definitely come back to this apartment and place!

Cons: I can’t really complain the apartment was great. The batteries in the TV remote could use changing. Please note, you’ll need to take transport or walk to get to the city center but it’s totally worth it for the nicer green area!

Pros: The apartment is renovated and clean. It has everything you need. It is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Perfect apartment in a great neighbourhood, you won’t be disappointed!

Pros: The apartment is excellent in every way; incredibly comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms at night, a kitchen well provisioned for a short or long stay and the bathroom is clean and a good size. The lounge area is a great space too - if you’re likely to spend anytime at your accommodation and need a space for some work, it is ideal. Varnava square is a fantastic little spot to be located too, it has everything you could need within 2 mins walk of the apartment. I probably won’t stay anywhere else when in Athens in future!
